Shoutout to our AMAZING OC Kids Team! 🎉 AND a very BIG thank-you to our OC Kids parents for being so patient, flexible, and understanding as we navigate all these changes during construction!
We appreciate you rolling with it right alongside us! ❤️

As you can see, some of our friends REALLY got into character while acting out Daniel and the Lions on Sunday! 😂🦁 We knew OC Kids was going to look different with construction and having to move things around, so we wanted to make it as FUN as possible for our littles!

Daniel showed courage by praying to God, even though he knew it would put him in danger. His bravery revealed God's power to the whole kingdom and helps remind us that our courage can help others see God.

🚧🦺 Don't forget! OC Kids will look a little different this Sunday...

Nursery: Will remain in the new upstairs Nursery. We will use the Nursery for all three OC Kids services. This means Nursery and Toddlers will NOT be combined during the 11:00 service as they normally are.

Toddlers, Threes, Pre-K, and Kindergarten: Will all be combined in the Fellowship Hall.

1st–5th Grade: We will not have separate rooms available for these age groups. Instead, they will join their families in the Sanctuary for a family-style service! Instead of checking in for class, recite the Bible Verse of the Month at Check-ins to receive a punch on your punchcard AND receive your Praise Pack before going in to service with your family!

Thank you for your flexibility and patience during this season of construction! 🚧🦺

Even though we aren't having OC Kids services for 1st-5th graders this Sunday - it is still Bible Verse Punch Card Day!

Instead of checking in for class, recite the Bible Verse of the Month at Check-ins to receive a punch on your punchcard AND receive your Praise Pack before going in to service with your family!

🦺🚧 On Sunday, October 25th, we will be temporarily closing off the downstairs OC Kids area for construction.

Here is what OC Kids will look like on the 25th:

Nursery: Will remain in the new upstairs Nursery. We will use the Nursery for all three OC Kids services. This means Nursery and Toddlers will NOT be combined during the 11:00 service as they normally are.

Toddlers, Threes, Pre-K, and Kindergarten: Will all be combined in the Fellowship Hall.

1st–5th Grade: We will not have separate rooms available for these age groups. Instead, they will join their families in the Sanctuary for a family-style service! We will have a limited amount of activity bags available at the Welcome Desk!

Thank you for your flexibility and patience during this season of construction! 🚧🦺

On Sunday, we heard how God rescued Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from a fiery furnace! 🔥🔥🔥

Their incredible story reminds us that when we need help facing the challenges in our lives, God is ready to rescue us. ✝ 💛

We also introduced our NEW incentive program focused on helping our kids grow in God’s Word! We want every child to dig into their Bibles regularly — both by bringing them to church each week AND by spending time reading and exploring God’s Word at home! ⛪🏠

Need a Bible? If your child doesn’t have one (or needs a new one), we would love to provide one! Just let us know and we’ll make sure they get one. 📖🥰

We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work through these temporary changes! We can’t wait to see you Sunday! 💕
