Our scripture memory verse for the month of September is Acts 4:32a.

Just as the early church in Acts 4:32a faced cultural pressures and yet remained "of one heart and soul," the modern church is being invited to strip away superficial programs and return to the supernatural unity that originally turned the world upside down.

The greatest antidote to modern anxiety, political polarization, and digital isolation is a local church that mirrors Acts 4. Take courage: the Holy Spirit does not need ideal cultural conditions to move with "great power and great grace". He only requires a people who are willing to lay down their personal agendas, love one another fiercely, and testify boldly to the resurrection.

[Missional Marriages]

Marriage is a sacred covenant designed to mirror Christ's profound love for His Church, yet the ultimate purpose of this union is not personal happiness, but our growth in holiness. In our upcoming class, The Gospel and Your Marriage, we will examine our hearts, move past superficial advice, and confront the roots of marital conflict with the absolute hope of biblical truth. Join us as we discover how a daily surrender to the self-sacrificing grace of Jesus transforms the way we forgive, repent, and experience true healing in our homes.

[Crossroads Kids Families]

If you have kids that are rising Kindergarten through rising 5th grade in Crossroads Kids, they will be moving up to the next classroom on Sunday, August 23rd!

Also, rising 6th graders will move up to FUSE Youth- our youth ministry that meets on Wednesday nights. 6th graders will sit in the adult services on Sundays, but are encouraged to sign up to serve in Crossroads Kids as well!

We are excited for a new school year! If your rising 6th grader would like to serve, or if you have any questions, please reach out to Abigail White (the kids director) at [email protected].

*Please note that rising 1st graders, 3rd graders, and 5th graders will stay in the same classrooms*

This perfect balance ensures that honesty never wounds blindly, as your ultimate motive remains focused on building people up and caring for them.

Furthermore, you do not have to carry life's burdens alone; you are part of a deeply connected spiritual family where your personal growth actively strengthens everyone around you.

By grounding yourself firmly in this Christlike truth, you gain vital protection from confusion and prevent yourself from being easily shaken or deceived by changing circumstances.

Christians are called to study, question, and deeply understand what they believe.

In Christ, we find all the hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and the Holy Spirit naturally gives us a deep hunger to learn and grow.

God never meant for us to just gather information. Real wisdom from scripture targets the heart, transforming our daily behavior, talk, and lifestyle.

Ultimately, while worldly trends fade, grounding ourselves in scripture builds an unshakeable foundation that shields us from deception and equips us for all that lies ahead.

Sharing the good news isn't just a duty—it is the ultimate privilege for every follower of Jesus!

When we are born again through salvation, God fills our hearts with an eternal love for others.

Jesus commanded us to reach all nations, and we fulfill this mission in two powerful ways:

Verbally – Speaking His truth to those who are lost
Lifestyle – Living out His love in our daily actions

The world is waiting for the truth we carry!

The Bible tells us that God holds time in His hands. Jesus Christ will return visibly and personally to judge the world in righteousness.

Those who have rejected Him will face the consequences of sin. But those made righteous by Christ will receive their reward, be glorified, and spend eternity in Heaven with the Lord. 🙌✨

It’s the ultimate reminder that this life is a shadow, but eternity with God is forever.

Day one is in the books! ☀️

Our kids and chaperones arrived safely yesterday and are ready for an unforgettable week at summer camp.

We are praying for a life-changing week ahead. We ask God to move in big ways and fill their hearts with the love of Jesus. 🙌
