Is the Harlot a counterfeit of Heavenly Mother

One Divine Feminine figure in Proverbs is Lady Wisdom — calling, teaching, offering life, and present with God before the foundations of the earth.

The other is the “strange” or deceptive woman — enticing, imitating and ultimately leading away from life.

Could this contrast preserve something deeper?

Could Lady Wisdom be an echo of the Divine Feminine — our Heavenly Mother — while the other woman represents a counterfeit of sacred feminine power?

When we only study the warnings about the false feminine but fail to recognize the holy feminine, we may miss one of the most beautiful patterns hidden in scripture.

Read Proverbs 7–9 and tell me what YOU see.

Do you think Lady Wisdom points toward Heavenly Mother?

I just put out this interview with Maxine Hanks ! We discuss how Joseph Smith understood The Woman In The Wilderness to be all about the restoration of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the role of women as being essential in completing that restoration.

Did Joseph Smith envision the Restoration as restoring not only Chr...

If you are looking for women you can engage in meaningful gospel conversations with, build genuine friendships, and explore deeper questions of faith and spirituality, I’d love for you to check out my event!

Reclaiming the Woman in the Wilderness is about bringing women together who want to strengthen their relationship with God while also being willing to ask questions, seek truth, heal, and have conversations that sometimes don’t happen in our normal Sunday settings.

I've brought together an incredible group of women to talk about faith, healing, spiritual gifts, the divine feminine and masculine, relationships, sexuality, music, movement, and finding greater connection with God and with each other.

The theme this year is:

“Healing the Divide Between Religion & Spirituality.”

If you’ve ever wished you had a community of women where you could have deep, honest, gospel-centered conversations and still feel safe asking difficult questions, I think you’ll find something special here. Join us:

40% of US members of the Church are stepping away with women being in the majority. The reason's not spiritual laziness. The reason is that there's more to explore when it comes to women and the gospel of Jesus Christ!

It's official! 🎉Married 25 years!! 🥳People have said our marriage is inspiring and the other day a waitress asked us our secret. My Answer: THERAPY! Lots and lots of therapy. No joke. There are some other things too so if you're interested here they are.

1. 💖This guy just loves me! Honestly, he always puts me first and I felt how lucky he felt to be with me from day 1. He can't keep his hands off me and, not gonna lie, sometimes it's annoying, but mostly I feel lucky to be loved that much.

2. 💗I love him! I can't get enough of him. From the day we started dating I just wanted to be with him 24/7 and that hasn't really changed. I don’t like spending the night away from him ever, even if it's something fun. Maybe that's codependency…who knows? But it works for us.

3. 🔗Commitment. We married each other with the belief that this was meant to be an eternal marriage. There were some deal breakers. I told him off the bat if he ever hit me that was one of them. Here we are 25 years later which means certain lines were thankfully never crossed.

4. 💔I told him I wanted him to call out my unhealthy behaviors when we first got married. Seriously. I recognized how messed up I was coming into this relationship and was 100% committed to healing. Am I perfect at receiving his counsel? No..but my intent has always been sincere and I eventually listen.

5. ❤️‍🩹THERAPY! THERAPY! THERAPY! Paul came with his baggage too. He wasn't as open to hearing my constructive criticism but he always encouraged us to work stuff out with a professional and they could say the things to him I couldn’t. The church even paid for our therapy when we couldn't afford it.

6. 🔥Going through hard stuff. What doesn't kill your marriage only makes it stronger…if you're both committed to HEALING, and we always have been.

And that's what marriage is ultimately all about. HEALING. Marriage is a mirror.🪞 If you marry the right person they will reflect back to you all your worst fears and weaknesses. If you learn to see yourself in the mirror and don't point the finger of blame at your spouse for holding it for you, you will discover a greater love- for yourself first and foremost- and also for them. Maybe that greater love will lead to divorce. Maybe it will lead to a marriage where, after 25 years, you know that your quarterly (4x a year) fight is really just about how stressed you both are and you both own your crap within 24 hours and are even more loving to each other afterwards.

So that's the secret:
Motivated by love. 💕
Headed towards healing. 🌈
Bonded by grace. 🕊

Just in case you were wondering.
