🌹 Today we celebrate Our Lady of Fatima 🌹

On May 13, 1917, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal, bringing a message of prayer, repentance, and peace for the world. 🙏

“Pray the Rosary every day to obtain peace for the world.” — Our Lady of Fatima

Let us ask Mary today to guide our families closer to Jesus and fill our hearts with faith, hope, and peace.

NOW HIRING – PART-TIME PARISH SECRETARY

Our parish is seeking a friendly, organized, responsible, and service-oriented individual to join our parish office team as a Part-Time Parish Secretary.

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

General Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist parishioners and visitors
Answer phone calls and emails
Assist with sacramental registrations and parish records
Prepare certificates and parish documents
Support parish communications and office operations
Coordinate volunteers
Maintain parish social media platforms
Update the parish website and online information
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Create brochures, flyers, announcements, and parish promotional materials
Organize office and liturgical supplies
Maintain and manage the priest’s calendar and appointments
Receive payments and assist with parish financial transactions
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the parish office
Assist during Masses and parish special events when needed
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and faith-filled office environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Experience with ParishSoft preferred
Knowledge of social media management and website updates
Canva and/or graphic design skills preferred
Ability to coordinate volunteers and work with vendors
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Responsible, dependable, and able to multitask in a parish environment

We are looking for someone with a heart for service and a desire to support the mission of the Church through hospitality, organization, communication, and compassionate assistance to our parish community.

We invite you to register for our program, available from June through August, held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30–8:00 PM.

📌 Fee: $125

Please complete the registration form at the CCD Office, located in the basement of the church Mondays and Tuesdays 4:00 PM and Sundays 2:00 PM

We look forward to continuing this beautiful journey of faith with your family! 🙏
