Today we're excited to spotlight Abby Dautel! ๐Ÿ’–

Abby serves as the First Counselor in the Harbor 4th Ward Relief Society, and we're so grateful for the love, energy, and perspective she brings to her calling!

๐Ÿ’– ๐—” ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜๐—น๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜ ๐—”๐—ฏ๐—ฏ๐˜†:

โ€œIโ€™m married to Taylor Crittenden, and we are so blessed to have our sweet 4-month-old baby! ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’•

Iโ€™m originally from Texas, but I also grew up partially in Europe and on the East Coast. I work in tech, and I love that my job keeps me learning and growing.

I love to travel, especially back to Europe to visit friends and family. I also enjoy reading, taking long walks, learning languages, learning about anything and everything, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.โ€

Hebrews 10:35โ€“36

โ€œCast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.โ€

We love the reminder in these verses to hold onto our confidence and keep going with patience and faith. Sometimes we may not see the outcome right away, but the Lord asks us to keep doing His will and trust in His promises. ๐Ÿ’•

I love reading (Iโ€™m currently reading Emma M Lion and One Perfect Storm), working on Sudoku puzzles, crafting and being cozy (my bed is my happy place!) "Iโ€™m married to Sam and am a mom of three boys, including one with special needs. Iโ€™m currently working toward my masterโ€™s degree in social work with plans to become a therapist, while also working part time in marketing.

In my free time, I love reading, video games, logic puzzles, interior design, baking cakes, and spending time with my family and siblings. I also have a passion for feminism and, on occasion, a little political rage. ๐Ÿ˜‚"
