Summary of the week ahead….

Join us on Palm Sunday, March 29th, at 9:00am as we mark the beginning of Holy Week with music and the distribution of palms.

Good Friday service on April 3rd at 6:30pm; we will reflect on the meaning of the death of Jesus. All are welcome.

We would love to have you worship with us on Easter Sunday, April 5th, 9:00am to celebrate the joyful resurrection of Jesus. The service will be followed by breakfast in the fellowship hall.

Crystal the Butterfly will be performing an Easter skit for the congregation about what she saw as a butterfly on Easter morning. Other children did puppet shows from the point of view of a rabbit, mouse, frog, duck, and cricket who witnessed various events around Easter.

Ash Wednesday, Feb 18th, the church will be open for drop in visits between 4:30-6:30pm to receive ashes and enjoy quiet reflection as we begin the season of Lent.

Albany District United Women in Fatih Spring Meeting April 6

The Albany District United Women in Faith's Spring meeting will begin at 8:45 AM on Saturday, April 6 at the Alplaus UMC, 1 Brookside Place, Alplaus. The parking lot is small, but there is some street parking available. Carpooling would be ideal! The speaker will discuss "Shriner's Children" and "To Love a Child, Inc." We will be collecting personal care items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes, disposable razors, shampoo, conditioner, pads, tampons, wipes, and lotions. If you have questions, please contact President Amanda Smith-Lucier Sr. at [email protected] To download the registration form, click here. Registration deadline is March 31. Cost: $10, including breakfast/soup/dessert. This will take the place of our regular monthly meeting.
