As we wrap up the Spring 2026 semester, our hearts are full of gratitude.

Thank you to every student who made this semester so special! From our weekly gatherings to our final Newman Night BBQ. It’s been a blessing to grow in faith and friendship together.

At our celebration, we honored your achievements, spent time in prayer and reflection, and ended the night with games, laughter, and joy.

A special thank you to Estella Vega and Ricky Vega for the incredible BBQ meal! Thank you to Fr. Saul for the generous prayer cards and gifts; Your generosity truly brought everyone together.

To our graduates and those heading home, know you go with our prayers. You’ll always have a home here.

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”- Philippians 1:6

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Newman Club Bible Study as we reflected on Matthew 14:22–33, Peter stepping out onto the water, eyes fixed on Christ in the midst of the storm.

What made the night truly powerful was you. Each of you who shared your story which included moments of fear, uncertainty, and ultimately, surrender. Reminded us that faith isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about trusting Jesus enough to step out of the boat, even when the waves feel overwhelming. As college students, it’s always important to remind ourselves about this important reflection.

Those moments of “walking on water” look different for each of us, but the invitation is the same: keep your eyes on Him, and He will carry you through. We’re grateful for your openness, your courage, and your witness. This is what community looks like.

Lastly, thank you to our meal provider, Virginia Luján, who graciously donated a delicious home-cooked meal that each of us greatly enjoyed!

See you next time. 🙏🏼✝️
