After thoughtful reflection, prayer, and dialogue, our denominational mission is centered on this guiding principle: Bring wholeness to the world by loving God, loving people, and multiplying followers of Jesus.

We recognize and deeply value the unique mission statements of our local churches, and we honor the ways each church serves their communities. Local churches with unique, contextualized mission statements are encouraged to continue using them. At the same time, we encourage leaning into the essence of the denominational mission, as it unites us in purpose while allowing for local expressions of ministry.
