Adel Church of God’s Kids Spot / Rising Remnants Children’s Ministry is collecting Christian children’s books only to help fill young hearts and minds with God’s truth! ❤️

Every book donated is another opportunity to help a child read, learn, grow, and build their faith in Jesus. We believe what we place in the hands of our children today can help shape who they become tomorrow.

🌿 What a wonderful first Bible study for Rooted Ladies Ministry at Adel Church of God! 🌿

We had such a sweet time together opening God’s Word and beginning our study in Daniel Chapter 1. We were reminded of the importance of standing firm in our convictions, walking in integrity, and remaining faithful to God even when the culture around us looks different.

Our prayer is that Rooted will be a place where women can grow deeper in the Word, encourage one another, and become firmly rooted in Christ. đź’—

🌸 Ladies, you’re invited! 🌸

We are so excited to begin Rooted Ladies Ministry with our very first Bible study gathering on Saturday, September 5 at 1:30 PM!

We’ll be beginning a journey through the Book of Daniel—learning what it looks like to remain faithful, courageous, and deeply rooted in God even when the world around us is constantly changing. read Chapter 1 before we meet

This ministry is about more than simply studying Scripture. It’s about building relationships, encouraging one another, growing together, praying together, and becoming women who are firmly rooted in Christ and His Word.

Whether you’ve studied the Bible for years or you’re just beginning, there is a place for you at the table. Come as you are, bring your Bible, and bring a heart ready to grow. 💗

✨ SANCTUARY SUNDAY — RAISING UP THE NEXT GENERATION! ✨

What a beautiful morning at Adel Church of God as our Kids Spot kids helped lead the way in worship and opened our service by putting into practice what they have been learning on Sundays and Wednesdays! 💙💛

They didn’t just stand on a stage—they worshiped, prayed for others, served, and showed us what it looks like to come before the Lord with the heart of a child. Watching these children boldly sing, pray, and participate in the service was such a powerful reminder that there is no junior Holy Spirit!

Jesus said:

📖 “Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” — Matthew 18:3

There is something precious about the faith of a child—their willingness to believe, trust, worship freely, and love without reservation. Sometimes the greatest lesson for the adults in the room comes through the children standing right in front of us.

And we are reminded of the responsibility God has given us:

📖 “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6

This is why Kids Spot matters. ❤️ We aren’t simply keeping children occupied while church is happening—we are teaching them how to BE the Church. We are teaching them to worship, to pray, to serve, to recognize the presence of God, and to have compassion for others.

Today we didn’t just watch our children participate in church.

We watched the next generation being raised up. 🙌🔥

We are so proud of every one of our Kids Spot kids and thankful for every teacher, leader, parent, and church member who is helping plant these seeds.

🌱 Raise them up. Teach them. Lead them. Pray over them. Give them room to worship.

Because the children we are discipling today are the men and women who will carry the Gospel tomorrow.

This Sunday is more than just Sanctuary Sunday — it’s an opportunity to raise up the next generation to know the presence, heart, and ways of the Lord. 🙌

Our kids won’t just be sitting in service. They’ll be serving, worshiping, praying for others, and learning what it means to be part of the body of Christ.

We want them to know that they don’t have to wait until they’re older to be used by God. We are teaching them how to pray with boldness, worship with sincerity, serve with humility, and recognize that they have a place in His Kingdom right now.

We are rising up and raising up the remnant of the Lord — a generation that knows His voice, carries His presence, loves people, and isn’t afraid to stand for Jesus.

Parents, please have your children here this Sunday, August 23, by 9:30 AM so we can get them to their stations before service begins. You may drop them off with us at that time.

There will be no Kids Church this Sunday because our kids are helping lead and serve in the sanctuary.

🔥 We’re not just having church for our children — we’re teaching our children how to BE the Church.
