Feast Of Victory Lutheran Church

Feast Of Victory Lutheran Church "Marked with the cross of Christ forever"

We believe that we are called by God to respond faithfully to all that we have been given.

There’s a welcome place for you here to experience the resurrection promise of Christ, our risen Savior. 🌷

We worship on Sundays at 9:30am with Holy Communion and seasonally on Wednesdays throughout the year. Trusting God's love, we will strive to:
Read the Bible daily
Pray daily
Gather for worship weekly
Commit time weekly to serve in ministry at Feast of Victory and beyond
Tithe (10%) my income joyfully
Love as Christ loves me

Check out our new website!

Our former church-based website host ended our contract due to our congregation’s dedication to welcoming everyone.

Thankful for the leadership skills and tech support of our Council President, Caylyn Moglia, we now have a new website through .ly and are back up and running, perhaps even better than ever.

We hope you’ll check it out as we rollout this update. Notice something missing? Have an idea to add? Let us know! We welcome your constructive feedback as we rebuild our online presence.

With the help of our Triune God, we are always being made new. ✨

“You’re welcome here just as you are—made in God’s image and likeness.” These words open each worship service at Feast. At Feast of Victory Lutheran Church we don't claim to have all the answers, but we do faithfully seek to live authentically into our calling as the body of Christ, freed ...

Presiding Bishop Yehiel Curry has issued his first in a series of monthly messages that will continue through the end of this year under the title "All Together in One Place."

Each message will share a pastoral word, rooted in Scripture, that witnesses to God’s presence today, our rich theological tradition and the social teaching that connects us.

We hope you will join us on this journey as our congregation discerns the possibility of becoming a Reconciling in Christ congregation.

Our Building an Inclusive Church Taskforce encourages you to stay up to date, here and in our newsletter, on the faithful work we are doing to learn and grow as God’s beloveds, always being made new.

ReconcilingWorks is the ELCA-based organization that equips and supports congregations seeking to live out their baptismal calling to welcome—as Jesus does—people of every race, nationality, ethnic origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and marital status to worship and become members of our church.

Ministry Partner Spotlight! ✨
Look at our friend, Chris Rankin!

Such a good human, always willing to help and go beyond the call of duty. Not only in the Coast Guard, with his family, in our church community, and every aspect of life. A well-deserved honor! Let’s hear it for Chris! 🎉👏

Praise God for Chris and all of the people like him who dedicate their lives to serving our community and country with integrity, unwavering dedication, and sacrificial love, helping make the world a better place — one act of generosity and support at a time. 🙏🏽

Congratulations to AMT2 Chris Rankin on being honored with the Guardian Award by the Traverse City Coast Guard Committee on May 20, 2026, recognizing his leadership, community involvement, and service to the region.

As President of the Cherry Capital Chapter of the Coast Guard Enlisted Association, Rankin organized six fundraisers, led outreach efforts at Friday Night Live, and coordinated donation efforts during the longest federal government shutdown in U.S. history.

Beyond his Coast Guard leadership, Rankin has dedicated countless hours to the community through volunteer efforts including baseball field maintenance, roadside cleanups, holiday events, and educational outreach for local students, vocational programs, and veterans groups.

Thank you for your continued service and commitment to our community, AMT2 Chris Rankin!

Congratulations and blessings beyond measure to our beloved Confirmands, Cam, Carter, and Grant who affirmed their baptism on Pentecost Sunday! 🎉🎉🎉

🕊️ “As the Spirit gave them ability,” these young people shared inspiring Faith Statements about how they are currently serving in our congregation and community, and how they intend to continue fulfilling their baptismal promises as young adults. They are inspiring!

🎉 Dear Church, let us celebrate and remember how they so courageously stated their intention. May we boldly and faithfully continue including these young people, their energy, and ideas in the life of the church, both now and in the future.

Presiding Bishop Yehiel Curry has released a statement on the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego.

“As the ELCA, we must speak plainly: violence rooted in hatred is sin. We condemn Islamophobia and acknowledge its rise in recent years. Our church affirms that “anti-Muslim hatred is antithetical to our Christian faith” (A Declaration of the ELCA to the Muslim Community), for we are called to love our neighbor in ways that cast out fear (1 John 4:18).”
