Sermon Reflections
| The Heart of Humility • Philippians 2

1. When you hear the question, “Are you a humble person?”, what is your immediate inner reaction, and why? How does knowing you are already loved by God shape your responses to criticism, correction, or being overlooked?
2. What do you find most striking about following Jesus’ self-giving love over self-assertion in Philippians 2:5-11? In which area do you most need to surrender control to Heart of Humility?
3. Who in your life has demonstrated quiet humility like Timothy or Epaphroditus, and what lessons can their example teach about faithful Christian service? How might you apply Paul’s instruction to “count others more significant than yourselves” this week, and how can you maintain this attitude meaningfully?
