If you get a different me, it’s because I finally saw the real you—the unguarded corners, the imperfect honesty, the quiet moments when your true colors peek through. The revelation isn’t about deceit or betrayal; it’s a drift from illusion to clarity. When the mask slips, I’m faced with a choice: cling to the fantasy or grow with the person you actually are. In recognizing the real you, I’m also recognizing the real me—the one who dares to see, accept, and be changed by the truth.
2 Corinthians 10:12 [NKJV]
“For we dare not class ourselves or compare ourselves with those who commend themselves. But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.”
In Jesus name,
Amen 🙏
