Yio Chu Kang Chapel

Yio Chu Kang Chapel Yio Chu Kang Chapel is an intentional disciplemaking church of a Brethren heritage in Singapore. We are founded in 1954. We welcome you to join us!

Our Mission is to glorify God by living the gospel and making disciples to reach the world for Christ! YCK Chapel is a church dedicated to worshipping God and providing a warm community for people to seek God and develop a living and active faith. We are a disciple-making church that seeks to be authentic, intentional and missional. You will find a good multi-generational mixture of elderly, adult

s, youths and children. We have members who have worshipped with us since the church was founded, and members who grew up with each other. There are also many newcomers who have grown to become a part of us. If you are looking for a church in the neighbourhood of Yio Chu Kang, Serangoon North, Ang Mo Kio, Hougang, Poh Huat, Rosyth, Serangoon Gardens and Buangkok/Sengkang, we hope you will check us out. We are big enough to provide you a rich community experience and small enough to not let you get lost in the crowd.

Spiritual dullness is a quiet drift caused by distraction, complacency, and disengagement.

When we stop actively applying our faith, we collect knowledge without transformation. Let's move beyond the comfort zone and live out what we believe.

"Somehow, by the blood of Jesus, I became worthy of joining with others to form a dwelling place for God."

In the Old Testament, God’s presence descended in a cloud, filling the Tabernacle with His unmistakable glory. Today, that same God dwells in each believer and in the Church. 🏛️✨

Are we living with an awareness of how privileged we are to be His dwelling place?

A little throwback to last Sunday’s beautiful Mother’s Day celebration. 💐✨ So grateful for a day filled with love, sweet prayers from the kids, and honoring the incredible women in our lives.

Jesus isn't just a figure from history—He’s the High Priest who truly understands us.

Whether you’re feeling the weight of the world or walking through a season of suffering, there is an open invitation to come to Him. He doesn't just represent us; He saves and keeps us.

Is He your hope today?

Blessed Mother’s Day! 🌷Today we honour every woman who has poured her life into another, and celebrate the mothers who nurture our faith and our community. This Mother's Day morning, YCKC kids gifted the mothers among us something a little different. Instead of traditional presents, the children offered the most powerful gift of all: Prayer! 🙏❤️

"Why does life hurt?" It's a question we all wrestle with. Christ understands our pains and hears our prayers. As we approach Him, He speaks through His word and His people, guiding us toward the best path for us.

Finding your purpose is one of life’s biggest questions.

What if purpose isn’t something we create, but something we discover? As the author of our lives, God has already written a narrative that is bigger than we can imagine. Our story isn’t a solo act—it’s part of His eternal plan.

"That is the compassion of Christ." In moments of being misunderstood, rejected, or dishonoured, Jesus didn’t respond with contempt. He responded with a prayer: "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

Let this be our reminder today of what true love and intercession looks like.

“He is not just risen; He is reigning."

The Easter story didn’t end at the empty tomb. Jesus is now seated in the place of honour, far above any power or authority—yesterday, today, and forever. Let this truth give you peace and strength today!
