Rasulullah صلىّ الّله عليه وسلّم said
Which means
“When the night of Nisfu Sha‘ban arrives, observe its night in worship and fast during its day. Indeed, Allah SWT descends on that day, at sunset, to the lowest heaven and proclaims: “Is there anyone seeking forgiveness, that I may forgive them? Is there anyone asking for provision, that I may grant them provision? Is there anyone afflicted, that I may grant them healing? Is there anyone asking for this or that?”
This divine call continues until the break of dawn.
