𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗚𝗢. 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥. 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞.

Today’s message from 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟳:𝟭𝟯–𝟮𝟲 reminded us that when God warns you, listen. When the storm comes, surrender. And when life feels too heavy, let go.

Paul warned them but they chose to continue, and eventually, they found themselves in the middle of a great storm. Sometimes, we also make life harder because we insist on doing things our own way. But even when we are already in the middle of the storm, God is still with us.

As Ptr. Leo Rodrigo said, “𝙒𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙂𝙤𝙙.”

𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨.

Let go of the things that are not pleasing to God and release the baggage we no longer need to carry.

We may not be able to control the storm, but we can choose to trust the One who is with us through it. Hence, 𝗗𝗢𝗡’𝗧 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗠. 𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗚𝗢𝗗. 🙏🌊

𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑.

In Luke 10:38–42, Martha welcomed Jesus into her home and became busy with serving. Her desire to be hospitable was good, but in the midst of doing what she thought was best, she became distracted from the One who mattered most.

Meanwhile, Mary chose to sit at Jesus’ feet and listen to His words. She chose what Jesus called “𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁”—to simply be present with Him.

Sometimes, like Martha, we become so busy doing things for Jesus that we forget to spend time with Jesus. Our intentions may be good, our service may be sincere, and our work may be important—but nothing is better than choosing Christ first.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁.
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀.

May we learn to pause, listen, and choose Jesus above everything else. Because sometimes, the best thing we can do is simply sit at His feet. ✨

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 | 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗢𝗗🔥

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀

What does it really mean to have a fire in serving God? ❤️‍🔥

Through the life of Mary Magdalene, we were reminded that our fire is not meant to burn for just one moment.

She encountered Jesus—and the fire began.
She served Him—and the fire was expressed.
She stayed with Him—and the fire remained.
She witnessed His resurrection—and the fire became a testimony.

𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 → 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 → 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 → 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

Mary’s story reminds us that serving God is more than passion, energy, or excitement. Sometimes, fire looks like staying.

When serving gets tiring—stay.
When no one notices—stay.
When things don’t go as planned—stay.
When you don’t understand what God is doing—stay.

Because the fire in serving God isn’t sustained by our emotions.
𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁.

The closer we are to the Source, the longer the fire burns. ❤️‍🔥

So this Youth Service, may we carry a fire that doesn’t only burn inside the church, but continues wherever God calls us.

In the middle of our busy schedules, responsibilities, and everyday noise, it’s easy to give God a place—but not always His rightful place.

This Sunday, let’s pause and reflect: 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗺 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲?

𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘.🕊️

📖 John 2:16–21

God was never meant to be just a 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲—𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁.

Sometimes, the reason we don’t see the movement of God isn’t because He isn’t moving, but because 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸. We can be active for God without actually being attentive to God. We can know about Him without truly surrendering to Him.

Making room for His presence means learning to 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽, 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲: “𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.”

The temple Jesus spoke about was not merely a physical building—it pointed to 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.
And today, making room for His presence means giving God His rightful place in our lives. Not the leftover space. Not just a Sunday portion. The center.

✨ 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.
Room for His voice.
Room for His presence.
Room for His will.
Room for Him to move.

So, will you make room for Him today?

“𝑵𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒐𝒖𝒃𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒅 𝒊𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. 𝑾𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅, 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉.”

1 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 19:1-3 reminds us to guard our hearts against fear and hesitation. Today’s message highlights powerful truths on keeping our faith steady:

1️⃣𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅: Never doubt the words of God. His Word is our path, and we must trust it completely. When we actively keep His Word alive in our lives, His promises will naturally manifest in us. 📖
2️⃣𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒅: We must never worship false idols because we only have one true God—the God of Israel. When your actions align with truth and your way of worship is right, you will never feel afraid when you experience the powerful presence of God.🕊️
3️⃣𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒐𝒖𝒃𝒕: Doubt is the very thing that holds you back from succeeding and stepping into your breakthrough. Never doubt what the Lord is going to do in your life; His plans for you are secure.🙌

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 | 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗢𝗗 🔥

Today, we were reminded through 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝟰:𝟭–𝟯𝟭 that serving God will not always be easy. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. Instead, we are called to stand firm and keep the fire burning. ❤️‍🔥

🔥 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗠 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡.
There will be challenges, persecution, and moments when our faith is tested. But just like the early believers, may we continue to stand boldly and remain faithful to God.

🔥 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗗 𝗜𝗦 𝗞𝗘𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗕𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧.
We may grow tired or discouraged, but the Holy Spirit gives us the strength and boldness to keep going.

🔥 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘 𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘.
Our faithfulness in serving, especially when things are difficult, can encourage others to stand firm and serve God as well.

May we never let persecution, opposition, or the difficulties of this world put out the fire God has placed within us. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 🔥
