Wide range of different size rooms, offices, hall and commercial kitchen for hire. The Levin Uniting Church and Community Hub facilities are located directly adjacent to Levin Adventure Park (87 Oxford Street) and are used by a diverse range of local organisation including our church community. From the outside the existing facilities look like a simple church structure and attached community hall

. However, upon entering there are huge range of surprises. These include a full scale (recently upgraded) commercial kitchen, a 230m2 central hall, plus over 290m2 of additional community spaces and 90m2 of toilets and storage. Adding to the surprises is the fact that although the church and community hall facilities are physically connected there is actually no internal access or walkway between the two buildings effectively making them separate buildings for all intents and purposes. The church has a rich history of collaboration and was formed in 2008 when the St Andrew's Presbyterian Church and St John's Methodist joined forces. The existing community hub facilities include:

• Gilmore Lounge (90m2)
• Large Training Room (90m2)
• Small Training Room (30m2)
• Commercial kitchen (30m2)
• Table Tennis Storage (12.5m2)
• Community Office Spaces (25m2+ 45m°)
• Toilets and storage (90m2)
• Church Office Spaces (20m2)

🌱 Grow It. Swap It. Find It. Love It! 💚 One Place, Two Great Events!

It’s the first Saturday of the month, and that means two fantastic wonderful events happening at Levin Uniting (next to adventure park)

🛍️ Monthly Market | 8.30am–12pm
🌱 Horowhenua Crop Swap | 10am–12pm

Both events run alongside each other and are a great way to grow, swap, find treasures, reuse and upcycle all while helping reduce waste going to landfill and being kind to our wallets too! 💚

Interested? Curious? Come along and have a chat with our friendly coordinators! Rosemary will be there for the Market, and Briana and Daniela will be ready to welcome you to the Crop Swap.

A reminder for our community 🌱CROP SWAP 🌱is happening this Saturday at Levin Uniting!

And it’s a double win because it’s also Market Day! 🎉

Bring along your extra homegrown produce, plants, seeds, preserves, or anything you’d like to swap and share with others. It’s a great chance to connect with fellow gardeners, reduce waste, and celebrate the abundance growing in our community.

While you’re here, enjoy browsing the Market Day stalls, supporting local makers, and picking up a bargain or two. 🥕🌻

A beautiful reminder that great support is built on genuine connection — Tim and Blake’s story shows how friendship, trust, and shared moments can create meaningful change for everyone involved. 💙

Support work changed Tim. Once a labourer, his days now consist of workouts, bike rides, and grocery runs with 24-year-old Blake. The two have built a genuine connection, built on shared interests, humour, and mutual respect.

Tim joined CCS Disability Action through a return-to-work programme a few years ago. His sessions are shaped around Blake's energy and mood, so no two days are the same. "It almost feels like not work some days," Tim comments.

Having a trusted person to talk to has made a real difference for Blake. And it's been positive for Tim, too: "I've settled down a bit and been more patient and understanding."
