Day 4: Seeing the Valley Honestly
Ezekiel 37:2 “the bones were completely dried out.”
God doesn’t hide the reality of this world from us.
The valley in this scripture was not just difficult, it was lifeless.
In our city & region, so many people are carrying unseen dryness. Suffering a loss of hope, loss of purpose, quiet unseen discouragement.
Prayer awakens us and helps us to see clearly.
Not denying our city's reality, not exaggerating it. But bringing it honestly before God.
Because what feels dead to us is not beyond Him and nothing is too difficult for our God
Pray “God, open my eyes to see people the way You do. Break my heart for what breaks Yours. Let me carry Your compassion into dry places.”

Ezekiel 37:1 “carried away by the Spirit”
It’s one thing for God to speak. It’s another thing to let Him lead.
Ezekiel didn’t just hear God, he allowed himself to be carried.
Prayer is not just conversation, it’s surrender.
Often, we want just want clarity and direction from God before stepping into obedience.
But God is looking for trust.
Where He leads may not be comfortable or what you’d thought you would hear but it will always be purposeful.
Pray🙏 “Lord, I give You permission to lead me. Even where I didn’t plan to go. I trust Your direction more than my own.”

Day 2: Positioning Ourselves for God
Ezekiel 37:1 “I was carried away by the Spirit of the Lord.”
God moves, but we must be positioned.
In a world of noise, constant demands, and a wealth of distraction it’s super easy to live spiritually “dis-connected” & unavailable.
It’s like our soul is on “Do Not Disturb.”
The good news is - the Holy Spirit will fill spaces we intentionally make.
Prayer is not about squeezing God into OUR calendar or schedule.
Prayer is about shaping our lives around HIS presence.
Pray🙏 “Holy Spirit, I make space for You today. Quiet the noise and distractions in my life. Help me to be present, REALLY present, attentive, and open to Your leading.”

🔥Prayer Torch Week🙏

Its our honor to have the city & region wide prayer torch this week. Each week a different church has the torch to help emphasise the importance of prayer and lift our faith for revival across the beautiful region of Southland.
Over this week there will be 7 prayer points coming out. Please join with us in spending a few moments each day lifting up prayer. As Ps Tamati Cameron recently encouraged us ”When we pray coincidences happen - when we don't, they don't”
Let’s join in prayer and believe for a great move of God across our region and beyond.

Day 1: Allow God to take hold.
Ezekiel 37:1 “The Lord took hold of me…”
Heres the deal - there is a massive difference between going through the motions and being gripped by the Spirit of God.
Funnily enough - Ezekiel didn’t initiate the moment, God did. Revival nearly always begins this way. Not with our effort, but with His interruption.
For many people, prayer can become familiar, predictable, just going through the motions. But I’ve found God is not looking for routine, He’s looking for room.
Before God moves through the church, He takes hold of a person.
Can the Spirit of God get a hold of you today to pray?
Set a timer for even 5 mins - Go!
Prayer…“Lord, take hold of me again today. Interrupt my routine. Awaken my heart. I don’t want to just serve You, I want to encounter You.”
