By the grace of God our Father and Our Lord Jesus Christ, we are a group of believers who love the Lord Jesus Christ because He first loved us. Having been saved by grace, our desire is to be nourished by His word, transformed into His likeness, and made useful for the spread of
His good news. When we meet together every Lord's day, our goal is to worship God in spirit and truth, and to be equipped for the work of the ministry in our homes, community and to the far ends of the earth as far as providence takes us. Antioch Baptist Church seeks to honor the Lord by making His word the center of the church. In this way, the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is constantly the focus of the church, because the promised Redeemer Jesus Christ is the focus of all the Bible. We want to pray the word of God, sing the word of God, publicly read the word of God, preach the word of God, proclaim the word of God to the lost, and have our lives transformed by the word of God. A reformed and evangelical Baptist church in the city of Blantyre, Malawi, we hold to the 1689 second London Baptist confession of faith as what best describes who we are as a congregation.
