In keeping with the calendar of events of Agape GMC, the Young People’s Ministry will observe its first Annual Young People's Day this Sunday, August 16, 2026

As part of this special program, we are pleased to honor our dear Sis. Vashti Victoria Porte as the Young Person of the Year 2026/2027, in recognition of her dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the Church and the State over the years.

We celebrate her commitment, leadership, and selfless service, and we pray that God will continue to strengthen, guide, and bless her as she serves Him and humanity.

Congratulations, Sis. Vashti Victoria Porte! Your dedication is truly worthy of recognition and celebration. May God continue to use you as an inspiration to young people and the entire Church.

Today, the Young People's Ministry our Church successfully held its Leadership Training Workshop, bringing together young leaders who are committed to serving God and leading with excellence.

The workshop was filled with insightful teachings, practical leadership lessons, meaningful discussions, and spiritual growth opportunities. Participants were equipped with valuable skills and knowledge to strengthen their leadership roles within the church and their communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all facilitators, Bro. Emmanuel Cooper who presented on "Parliamentary Procedure", Bro. Austin G. Garjay who presented on "Understand Christian Leadership", and Bro. Alfred Kwebena Mensah who also presented on "Understanding the Role of Young People within The Global Methodist Church", participants, church leaders, and supporters who contributed to the success of this workshop. Your dedication and commitment to empowering young people are greatly appreciated.

As we move forward, may we continue to lead with integrity, humility, wisdom, and a heart for service, making a positive impact for Christ wherever we go.

The Young People’s Ministry of Agape GMC warmly invites you to its upcoming Leadership Training Workshop scheduled for:

Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026

Time: 10:00AM

Venue: Church Edifice, Lover Street, LBS Community.

This workshop is designed to empower, equip, and inspire young leaders to serve with excellence, integrity, and purpose. It promises to be impactful, educational, and spiritually uplifting.

Come and learn valuable leadership skills, teamwork, communication, and effective service principles that will help shape you into a better leader for today and the future. Leadership is influence, and great leaders are built through learning and service.
