United Methodist Young Adult Fellowship United Methodist Young Adult Fellowship (UMYAF) is for UM young people (19 - 30yrs) organization the aims at preparing young people for the kingdom of God.

The Conference United Methodist Young Adult Fellowship (CUMYAF) is the umbrella body of United Methodist Young Adult Fellowships in Liberia. It was founded in 1985. CUMYF’s objective is to prepare young people for the kingdom of God and making them useful for the society. This is done through spiritual growth activities (study, worship, fellowship, evangelism, etc), building leadership capacity an

d molding Christian leaders, providing services to the church and communities, implementing peace-building, trauma counseling and human rights activities, gender activism, recreation, etc.

On December 29, 2013, before closing the calendar year, we graced the activities marking the induction into office of new breed of leaders of the Grand Bassa District Young Adult Fellowship, at the First UMC, Buchana. Thanks to Rev. Jacob Nathan who serves as coordinator and is the master of all the recent developments of the young people in that part of the Annual Conference.
