THE SPIRIT CITY OVER LIBERIA
(A Blueprint for Intercession)
There are spiritual patterns that can influence nations, cultures, and systems. Two biblical patterns often used to describe such realities that are found in the landscape to varying degrees are Egypt and S***m. (For deeper teaching context, you may refer to messages on Spirit City by Apostle Arome Osayi.)
_*Understanding the Patterns*_
*Egypt – The Pattern of Bo***ge and Oppression*
In Scripture, Egypt represents captivity, hard labor, limitation, exploitation, and resistance to destiny (Exodus 1:11–14). It is a system where people labor greatly yet reap little, where advancement is resisted, and where many remain trapped beneath their potential.
When this pattern operates over a people, citizens struggle in their own land, opportunities are scarce, and wealth is concentrated in the hands of a few. The burden of intercession is not hatred toward outsiders or envy of others, but that indigenous people would rise, prosper, create wealth, lead with wisdom, and compete honorably through God’s favor and righteous systems.
*S***m – The Pattern of Moral Decay and Perversion*
In Scripture, S***m represents moral corruption, arrogance, careless living, sexual perversion, and disregard for righteousness (Genesis 19; Ezekiel 16:49–50).
Where this pattern operates, immorality becomes normalized, families weaken, purity declines, and destructive habits multiply. This can manifest through fornication, adultery, abortion, indecent culture, broken homes, and the loss of moral restraint among youth.
