PCMI Announces Platinum Jubilee Celebration

Philadelphia Church Ministries International (PCMI) cordially invites the general public, partners, and all believers to a month-long celebration honoring the 70th birthday of our Bishop Vice Chair, Rt. Rev. Samuel M. Dorbor, Sr.

Bishop Dorbor reaches this landmark septuagenarian milestone on May 12, 2026.

To honor his 46 years of dedicated service to Jesus Christ and global missions, the Executive Board of Elders (EBOE) and the Planning Committee are hosting five powerful events under the theme: “My Season of Recovery & Restoration” (1 Samuel 7:14).

According to the Planning Committee Chairman, Rev. Gardea Roberts, the closing banquet will serve as a formal honoring ceremony and a critical fundraiser to purchase a double-cabin pickup truck for PCMI mission purposes. "We invite the PCMI community, neighbors, and partners everywhere to come out and celebrate the bishop’s lifetime of kingdom service," says Pastor Roberts. Tickets for the dinner are officially on sale!
