The Ground Level Network is an apostolic movement networked together through regional and relational connections.

The Ground Level Network exists to support and care for local churches and ministries. We are also seeking to have a growing influence for good in the nation, affecting society in any way that we can, to be prophetic, to model Word and Spirit, relationship and kingdom.

Ground Level is very excited to advertise a new opportunity within our Operations Team as a Creative & Communications Manager.

As key member of the Operations team this role will be instrumental in delivering the charity's activities. The successful candidate will be flexible in their approach, being able to adapt themselves to a variety of tasks and willing to learn and grow their skills.

Our next Regional Leaders Forum is on Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th June. Our theme is Church Planting and we are excited to unpack this topic with our special guests Tim and Emily Rowlands.

We are delighted to be able to host this Regional Forum in three venues: IKON Chesterfield on 9th June then Alive Lincoln Central and Storey's Field Centre Cambridge on 10th June.

Our Tuesday Leaders Gathering is just one week away and we are delighted to be hearing from Fernando Carillo, Vicar of Christ Church Peckham. His vision is to help people believe in Jesus, become whole and build God’s Kingdom in Peckham and beyond.

Since Fernando joined Christ Church in June 2024, the church’s Sunday congregation has increased by over 300%. Fernando’s own recovery journey has motivated him to support young people facing challenges such criminal involvement, family breakdown and substance abuse. His strategy includes: leadership training, community building and, as winner of the 2023 European CrossFit championships, CrossFit training.

He believes in the power of intentional living; ordering our relationships, work, and daily rhythms in a way that reflects God’s presence. With a heart for helping people discover their purpose and live with passion, Paul is committed to guiding others toward a life of wholeness, faith, and transformation.

the We are delighted that Stuart Bell will be sharing with us at Leaders Conference 2026!

Stuart Bell is the Senior Pastor of Alive Church, a growing multi site church with several locations in the UK. He is founder of the Ground Level Network, and Partners For Influence UK, a group of leaders representing influential churches and ministries across the UK.

Stuart is actively involved in a number of national leadership forums and is an international speaker and teacher often working into both America and South Africa. Stuart has written four books.

Married to Irene, Stuart has three children and 6 grandchildren.

We are delighted that Patrick Sparrow will be sharing with us at Leaders Conference 2026!

Patrick Sparrow was raised in a Catholic home and experienced New Birth at age 21 during the Jesus Movement at Calvary Chapel in Southern California in 1977. He has been actively involved in ministry since planting his first church in 1981, followed by two additional church plants.

Alongside pastoral ministry, Patrick travels extensively, teaching and training in prophetic and apostolic truths. In 2001, he founded Capstone International Ministries and continues to minister throughout the United States and internationally through the Equippers Global Network.

Patrick has been married to his wife, Terri, for 48 years. Together they have three children and eight grandchildren, all of whom love the Lord.
