Looking for a gentle way to improve your health, wellbeing, and mindfulness?

Join us on the 3rd Friday of every month for two free community sessions designed to support your body, mind, and spirit.

Mindful Stretching
🕐 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Learn soothing breathing techniques and gentle movements to help you relax and unwind. Suitable for all abilities.

Weigh and Pray
🕚 11:00am
📍 St Petroc's Parish Centre

A welcoming group offering: • Healthy eating advice

We are a digital hub and have free access to laptops, WIFI & printing, If you would like to use the laptops or you need to print, please just ask one of our volunteers 💻
