On account of the Crucifixion of our Lord Yeshua, over 2000 years ago, they still won't repent for their crimes committed against their Messiah and his Saints, and today we watch as their judgement unfolds against them.
Joseph of Arimathea, a secret disciple of Yeshua and a member of the Sanhedrin, boldly requested the body of Yeshua from Pilate after his crucifixion. He then took Yeshua's body and, with Nicodemus, prepared it for burial and placed it in his own new tomb. While the Gospels don't detail specific words spoken to the Sanhedrin by Joseph, some accounts state he was among those who did not agree with Sanhedrin's decision to condemn Yeshua. After taking Yeshua's body, he is recorded as saying, "Why are you angry against me because I begged the body of Yeshua? Behold, I have put him in my new tomb, wrapping it in clean linen; and I have rolled a stone to the door of the tomb. And you have acted not well against the just man because you have not repented of crucifying him, but also have pierced him with a spear,"
