Wycombe Mosque (WIMMT) has as its main objective the promotion of the religion of Islam through peaceful and appropriate means. Its purpose is to provide a place of worship and faith-building for Muslims living in High Wycombe. Wycombe Mosque offers a range of faith-building activities; such as, offering a broad Islamic education, within various languages, to both adults and children. One of our k

ey areas has been to focus on the teaching of the Holy Quran; as a result we have seen the launch of the ‘Wycombe Mosque Quran Academy’. Further, Wycombe Mosque strives to provide a place for religious festivals, weddings, funerals and other Islamic rituals. A fundamental focus of Wycombe Mosque has been to encourage brotherhood and community amongst Muslims and a wholesome integration into our larger society by working with and keeping open and friendly relations with the wider community.

Alhamdulillah, we were honoured to welcome over 4000 attendees to our Community Eid event. It was a truly beautiful occasion where families and friends came together to celebrate Eid in a joyful, welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the day such a memorable success. A special thank you goes to all our dedicated volunteers, stall holders, sponsors and community members whose generosity, hard work and continued support made this event possible.

It was especially inspiring to see so many organisations and groups actively engaging with the community, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and family-friendly environment for everyone who attended.

May Allah (SWT) reward you all for your efforts, accept your good deeds and continue to unite and strengthen our community. Eid Mubarak!
