WE ARE RECRUITING! Are you 18-25? Want to give a year to grow in your walk with Jesus, have great fun serving and growing at a local church? We are looking for TWO New Wine Discipleship Year students, aged 18-25, to start this September 2026!

You will be based at St Barnabas as your placement church, and will travel to our connected hub – All Saints, Woodford Wells – for weekly teaching and training. At St Barnabas, you will have a chance to get experience in particular areas of ministry; we would love to invest in young adults particularly called to serving children, young people and worship.

St Barnabas will cover your fees and travel expenses related to the Discipleship Year, and will help towards your accommodation.

We are really excited to announce that Rev'd Paul Pavlou will be joining out team as out next Associate Vicar!

Paul and his family (Hayley, Evangeline and Zachary) recently moved from Coventry, where he led a church revitalisation project for the last four years. Being Greek Cypriot - if it's food-related, Paul is interested! He enjoys baking sourdough, going to the gym and building the odd lego set.

HOPE IS HERE🙌🙌

As we are coming towards the end of Lent and are approaching Easter, we look to the one who brings true hope. His name is Jesus!

Join us this Easter, beginning with Palm Sunday this Sunday, a reflective communion service on Maundy Thursday at 8pm, Worship Together on Good Friday at 10.30am, and our Easter Celebration with Baptisms on Easter Sunday at 10am✝️
