We love to hear stories of how people have overcome difficulty or been transformed.

Come along this Sunday morning to an all-age service where we'll be looking at Acts 22, where Paul tells his story of transformation on the Damascus road; one of the most dramatic personal transformations in history. And one that offers hope to everyone.

10:30am at Northstowe Secondary College. This week, children will stay with us throughout, but a creche for younger children will be available. Everyone is also warmly invited to join us afterwards for a free church lunch.

Often a warning of hardship and suffering makes us take a different route. But sometimes we know the path to our goal means passing through suffering. In Acts 21, we find Paul determined to go on God’s path - despite the certainty of suffering on it.

Everyone is welcome to join us this Sunday morning and hear more. 10:30am at Northstowe Secondary College. Children's groups and a creche will be running for the second part of the service. Refreshments served afterwards.

What is the most important thing that leaders of a church need to hear?

This Sunday morning we'll be looking at Acts 20, where Paul gives his farewell advice to the leaders of the church in Ephesus. Whether you are a leader, hope to become a leader, or just want to know what Christian leaders should be like, Paul’s farewell speech will help you understand Jesus’ priorities for Christian leaders.

10:30am at Northstowe Secondary College. Children's groups and a creche will be running for the second part of the service. Refreshments served afterwards.

What is the worst disaster that could happen in a church service? In Acts 20, a young man (Eutychus) falls asleep during a church gathering and falls out of the window! How does God bring good in this disastrous church gathering?

Come along to our all-age service this Sunday morning to find out. 10:30am at Northstowe Secondary College. This week, children will stay with us throughout, but a creche for younger children will be available. Refreshments served afterwards.

God’s plan to rescue the world is something he shared with the Jewish people over many centuries. They had the promises from God of a rescuing King, a Messiah. So to make sense of who Jesus the Messiah is, we need to understand what God had promised in the Old Testament.

This Sunday morning, we'll be learning more about those promises as we continue our series in the book of Acts. Everyone is welcome, 10:30am at Northstowe Secondary College. Children's groups and a creche will be running for the second part of the service with refreshments served afterwards.

If you'd like to catch up on previous sermons in the series, they are uploaded weekly to our website: www.emmanuelchurchnorthstowe.org/sermons
