Love is something wonderful and good. But we struggle to truly love others well. When Jesus washes his disciples’ feet, he shows them and us something wonderful.

This Sunday we're beginning a new teaching series from the book of John. We’d love you to join us as we learn from Jesus how to love well. 10:30am at Northstowe Secondary College. This week, children's groups and a creche will be running for the second part of the service.

We often think that if only our circumstances changed we would be more joyful. More money, or more freedom, or better health seem like the way to contentment. But Paul, in prison, shares the secret to gospel contentment.

“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: rejoice!” Philippians 4:1

God calls us to rejoice in Jesus. This is a call to recognise that what God gives in Jesus is always good news worth rejoicing in. And it is the way we actually get transformed - by really appreciating and enjoying Jesus.

This Sunday morning, you are so welcome to join us whether you come ready to rejoice in Jesus, wanting new joy in the tough circumstances of life, or curious to learn why Jesus is good news to rejoice in.

Is there something you have done that you are particularly proud of?

Many of us find our value and identity in things we have achieved. And yet that is also a fragile foundation. In Philippians 3, we find a better source of value and identity - Jesus himself.

This Sunday morning, we’re starting a summer sermon series in the letter that the apostle Paul wrote to the church in Philippi.

This is a joy filled letter, as Paul and the Philippian Christians had a good partnership. As Paul writes to the Philippians, he reminds them that joy comes from knowing Jesus.

This week the children at our Holiday Club have been looking at different people in Luke’s Gospel who saw Jesus and were changed by it.

This Sunday morning, our guest service continues that theme, as we look at a paralysed man, who saw Jesus as he was lowered through a roof (Luke 5:17-26).

Everyone is welcome to join us as we see Jesus with the paralysed man and learn how Jesus meets our deepest need.

This Sunday, as we finish our series in Acts, we find Paul in Rome itself. One last time in Acts, we find a summary of the message that Paul was willing to spend his life to proclaim.

In Acts 28, the people of Malta showed unusual kindness and generosity to Paul and his shipmates. They also saw God’s power in amazing ways. We invite you to join us this Sunday, as we seek to be people of grace, and welcome God’s power to work.

We're really excited about Holiday Club beginning in just over two weeks' time.
