Dear All-

Just a brief heads up, to keep you informed. The Thursday Hidden Hidden Books Bible study has now changed to a Wednesday night Bible Study starting next week (June 18)...Tonight there is no study. We will be opening the church at 6:30 pm on Wednesdays and have coffee for a time of sharing in prayer requests and then start a new summer study by Max Lucado, called “God never Gives up on you.” Each evening we will be following a portion of Jacobs life and learn something new each week. Looking forward to any new brothers or sisters who may wish to join this summer study and fellowship time. (study is 7 pm -8:15 pm)

Power went out about 1/2 hour ago here in SP....we have battery backup, so still have internet and lights....but the Hydro says that 1600 homes affected and crews are working on high wind damage. ...expect that this will be back around 1:45 am. So glad that this happened now and not during the funeral for our good friend Aune Bell today..that was indeed a blessing....Asking for prayer for the workers who have dangerous work to do amid the windstorm as well as those who have no power and need it for medical reasons. Warmest from the land where we just experienced our 7th winter today (got a few inches of snow and its cold right now)
