Have you got your tickets yet? Proceeds from this years gala will allow our St. Vincent de Paul ministry continue their good works throughout this year. This might mean a roof over someone, or groceries for this coming week. The need in our community is only growing. We count on your support to continue this good work through our parish. Tickets are available at the Parish office or after all masses this weekend.

It was a joy to host this year’s World Day of Prayer gathering at St. Joseph the Worker Parish. We were grateful to welcome women and friends from several Christian communities as we came together in prayer and reflection, united with people around the world through this year’s service prepared by the women of Nigeria.

Moments like these remind us of the strength and beauty of Christian unity as we gather in faith, prayer, and fellowship. We are grateful to everyone who helped make the afternoon so meaningful.

World Day of Prayer – All Are Welcome

Join us for the World Day of Prayer Service beginning at 1:00 PM as we gather in prayer with Christians from across Richmond. This ecumenical service brings together women and men from several local churches in a spirit of unity, faith, and shared hope.

Each year the service is written by women from a different country. This year’s prayer service was prepared by the women of Nigeria, inviting us to reflect, pray, and learn from their faith and experiences.

Following the service, everyone is warmly invited to stay for conversation and refreshments.
