That’s why Small Groups are our primary space for deeper discipleship – a place to grow together as a tangible tapestry of Love through:

Fellowship — doing life together
Apprenticeship — becoming more like Jesus
Mission — joining Jesus in what He’s doing in the world

Together, we call it TapFAM.

This Fall, we have a few Small Groups open for intake, and we’d love for you to find your place in one.

Thank you to those who have generously donated to and supported the campaign thus far. We are extending our Capital Campaign through Thanksgiving Sunday, where we will end off with a celebration together, thanking God for everything He’s done and provided for this church.

For the past 16 years, this kitchen has been the heart of so much ministry – serving thousands of cups of coffee, countless meals, and supporting the many ministries that call this church home.

A new update on Giving 🩵

Our new secure online giving platform via Church Centre is now available on our website – making it quick and convenient to give online from your phone, tablet, or computer.

You can continue to give in any of these three ways:

• Cash or cheque in the offering boxes
• Automatic bank withdrawals
• Online through our website taprichmond.ca/give (our new secure giving platform!)

If you don’t already have a Church Centre account, you will be prompted to sign up and create one. Please ensure to update your mailing address on your account, so that we can issue you a charitable tax receipt at the end of the year.

We know any change takes a little time to adjust to, but we hope this new system makes giving more convenient and accessible for everyone.

Celebrating new life in Christ ♥️

A couple of weeks ago, we gathered at Garry Point Park for a beautiful Baptism Sunday celebration.

What a joy it was to witness 23 individuals publicly declaring their faith in Jesus. Each story is a beautiful reminder of God’s grace, His transforming love, and the new life found in Him.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our candidates and joining us for a morning of worship, fellowship, and celebration by the beach. Please continue to pray for each individual as they continue to grow in their walk with Christ.

Tap Couples North Vancouver Walk @ Lonsdale Quay from a couple weekends ago 🩵

A recap from the Tap Couples team:

“Cars- Skytrain- Seabus!

The weather was pretty iffy when we left the Tap parking lot. It was dumping rain and we were unsure if the Lonsdale Walk was going to proceed. 

We had lots of good conversations on the skytrain and the seabus and ended up taking over a portion of the Lonsdale Quay food court while we waited it out. 

The sky cleared and our big group made it outdoors. We took a zillion pictures, enjoyed the views and made new friends!”

A couple weeks ago, the Tap Hop team had a great time hanging out and getting some exercise with a few friendly pickleball games! We’re really thankful to God for this chance to connect and enjoy fellowship outside of Sundays, when everyone’s usually busy serving—whether it’s greeting or helping with refreshments.

Tap Hop is Tapestry’s hospitality ministry, all about creating a warm and welcoming space for our church community and sharing God’s love through simple acts of care and service. If you’re interested in joining the team, feel free to reach out to Sylvia at [email protected]!

What is Baptism and Profession of Faith?
What do Christians believe?
What does living in Christ mean?

Join us for 3 sessions that explore these questions and more.

WHEN: Tuesdays May 5, 12, 19 from 7-9 pm
WHERE: the Tapestry Church

At the end of the course, you may choose to be baptized, or if you’ve already been baptized - to do a Profession of Faith.
