Today, we honor and celebrate all the fathers of Jesus Is Alive Community Regina for their God-given calling to lead, love, and serve their families according to His Word. Fatherhood is more than a responsibility—it is a sacred assignment from God.

As Scripture says, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15). We thank God for fathers who choose to stand firm in their faith and lead their homes in righteousness, becoming examples of Christ's love to their spouses, children, and the entire community.

Train Every Member to Become Disciples and Cell Leaders

The vision of the church is to train every member to become faithful disciples of Christ and effective cell leaders who will help expand God's kingdom.

Through regular Bible study, prayer, mentoring, and fellowship, members are equipped with spiritual knowledge, leadership skills, and a deeper relationship with God. As disciples, they are encouraged to live according to God's Word, share the Gospel, and serve others with love and humility.

As cell leaders, they are prepared to guide and nurture small groups, encourage spiritual growth, and raise new leaders who will continue the mission of making disciples.

By empowering every member to lead and serve, the church strengthens its foundation and fulfills Christ's command to make disciples of all nations, bringing more people into a life-changing relationship with Him.

On June 21, 2026, the Jesus Is Alive Community Regina will joyfully celebrate “Love Dad,” a special Father’s Day event dedicated to honoring and appreciating fathers, grandfathers, and father figures for their love, sacrifices, and leadership in the family.

This meaningful gathering will be a time of thanksgiving to God for the blessing of fathers and their vital role in nurturing faith, guiding their families, and reflecting God’s love.

Through worship, fellowship, inspiring messages, and special presentations, the community will recognize the commitment and dedication of fathers while encouraging them to continue leading their homes with wisdom, integrity, and Christ-centered values.

The event will also provide an opportunity for families to express their gratitude and love, creating lasting memories as the church comes together to celebrate and honor the men who faithfully serve their families and the Lord.
