Sept. 6th - Communion, Pastor Richard speaking

Sept. 9th - Praise and Prayer Meeting
Just before we dive in to all kinds of ministries, we stop, and remind ourselves that we MUST be a praying church. Join us for 1 hour of prayer and a few songs as we unite together and commit all we do to Him!
Absolutely essential for Devon Park!

Sept. 13th - Kickoff Sunday
Baptismal service (Praise God!) and church potluck! What an encouragement!

Sept 13th - 20th Launch week. Renew Renew Youth Group , Sister Squad, and Ladies Bible start up! (Awana start date TBD)

Sept. 20th - Church Chat
For all our church members and regular adherants, come for an hour and hear progress reports on ongoing projects, and where we are headed in some key areas as a church. Lots of important information, a time for questions, and discussion to be had.

Sept. 23 - Special Guest Ron Grossman joins us for Prayer Meeting

Sept. 27 - Guest speaker Peter Smith.

The calm before the storm.

After many months of planning and hundreds of hours of work....it is the night before Daily Vacation Bible School.
We need His Power. Therefore we MUST pray.
To God be the glory!

Every year we look forward to an incredible week of youth ministry called "Vacation Bible School" where kids have lots of fun with games, crafts, making new friends, snacks, and hearing life-changing truths from God's Word.

This years' theme is "Emerald Crossing: An Irish Adventure through Psalm 23"

We would love your prayers for us as we engage in this very demanding yet very fulfilling work for The Lord!

If you are praying for us as a church family, here are some prayer ideas THIS WEEK

-that all invitations would be handed out and find people who are receptive
-that registration will be full and that a wonderful week will carry over to have these kids join us for fall ministry in Awana and Renew Youth.
-that workers will stay healthy
-safety for the kids through all activities
-good weather for outdoor components of the activities
- that the Gospel will be clearly understood and children would come to know Jesus as their Savior
-safety in travels for team members from Sandy Cove Bible Camp

Thank you for praying! We trust The Lord will give us a wonderful time serving Him as a church family!
