We Need To Talk About That

This is a hard one. Oh my goodness… how I know this.

People believe stories without fact checking.

And… they decide against truth because the lie is painted up with such fancy colours. Such well spun words.

People will choose against you. They’ll believe what they’re fed.

Let them.

In the darkest moments, we learn who our people are.

When the stories are painted and the crowd thins out…. Have a look.

The gift is often in the purge.

Let people be wrong about you.

But…..

And please don’t forget this part.

Do not let their wrongness bring about wrongness in you.

Don’t let it make you mean.

Let them be wrong. Jesus did.

Even Jesus was run out of His hometown. Even Jesus had to kick the dirt off His feet as the people He loved decided against Him.

And even today, while millions are wrong about Him, He still loves them.

So today if you’re hustling for the nay-sayers to hear your side of things - remember Who knows the truth.

Remember the One Who never gets convinced against you. Who would never swallow rumours or hearsay.

His is the only opinion that matters. He sees. He knows.

And He is right about you.

I Love this confession.. John Osteen used to say this before every message. We say it before the message at our church. I have found since I have started saying this before the Word is being preached or taught that I am more attentive and get more out of the message.

Coming up this Friday Night, I'm excited to have Apostle Michael Fram back as my guest for a brand new series. I'm not sure how long this series will go. We've agreed to two episodes so far but this is a pretty vast subject. However it's a subject that needs to be dealt with as we deal more with the authenticity in the arena of the Prophetic not only by the one who prophesies but also the one who is receiving.
