A whole lot of snow. And a whole lot to celebrate. ❤️

Fort McMurray gave us quite the winter welcome this weekend😅, but what a Sunday we shared at MGA!

Cherise and the MGA Choir led us in a wonderful morning of worship, filling the room with harmonies, praise, and plenty of voices singing along.🔥

And then came one of our favourite things to celebrate: NINE people publicly declaring their faith in Jesus through baptism! Nine stories, nine journeys, and nine reasons to rejoice together as a church family. 🙌

We also took time to honour our pastors for Pastor Appreciation Month. Our elders shared words of gratitude and prayed over the team, followed by a deeply moving moment as Pastor Odette washed each pastor's feet, speaking words of encouragement and praying over them individually.... a beautiful reminder of what Jesus taught us about honour, humility, and serving one another.

Pastor Bev brought the morning together with a challenge to make our love visible through what we say and how we treat and serve the people around us.

Love somebody. Honour somebody. Be the hands and feet of Jesus.🕊

We're so grateful for what God is doing in our church family and throughout our community. And to everyone who made it through the snow to join us, we're glad you did! To those who worshipped with us online, you were part of the day too.😉

Well, that escalated quickly. 🎪😂

Hundreds of photos. Three hours of carnival chaos. One very, very good night.

Fort McMurray, you showed up! Huge thanks to every family who joined us and every volunteer who helped pull it off.

What a way to finish the weekend! ❤️ Three days of worship, teaching, prayer, and growing together. This morning was a beautiful way to bring Victory Leadership Weekend to a close,

Pastor Logan and the Victory Worship Team led us in a dynamic time of worship, with our church family lifting their voices together in praise.🙌 Then Pastor Al brought a message that challenged the way we think about finances, generosity, and the promises of God.🕊

What if we stopped defining what's possible by what we have, and started trusting God for what He can do?🔥

What a powerful reminder that generosity is about more than money. It's about faith, surrender, and recognizing that everything we have belongs to Him.🕊

We closed the service by praying over our guests, thanking God for their ministry and asking Him to continue strengthening the work they're doing across Asia.

To Pastor Al, the Victory team, and everyone who helped make this weekend possible: THANK YOU❤. We're so grateful for the time we've shared, the relationships we've built, and everything you've poured into our church family.

We're grateful for this weekend. And we're looking forward to what's ahead. 🙌..especially the Fall Carnival coming up this Friday 😉

What a weekend. And we're not done yet. ❤️

Day two of Victory Leadership Weekend brought us together for a powerful time of teaching, encouragement, and prayer. Purpose. Family. Culture. Vision. Not just things to talk about, but things to live out!

We finished the day praying together, and we are so grateful for what God has been stirring in our hearts and expectant for what's still ahead, because the weekend isn't over!
