Stories from the Archives – All Saints Anglican Church
In October 1926, the cornerstone was laid at All Saints Anglican Church in Ridgeway.

The church was built on three lots donated by Mrs. Ellen F. Brester on South Mill Street. Mrs. Brewster was also asked to name the church and she selected “All Saints”. Her funeral in 1927 was the first to be held in the new building.

In 1954, All Saints joined St. John’s Anglican Church in Ridgemount.

Did you know?!

Our bookshop has been reimagined and can now be found in the parlour! Turn left at the washrooms near the kitchen and you’ll find it there! Terry has built some beautiful cases for the books, and Anita, Yvette and friends have spent hours sorting and organizing! The fiction books are now arranged in alphabetical order by author, for instance. The non-fiction section is still a work in progress, but pop in and take a look! You may just find your next cozy read for these cool autumn days📕🫖☕️If you have a book to donate, just leave it on the table to be processed. Thank you, everyone!
