🍎 Another Great Name Tag Sunday at Evangel! 🍎

Last week, we enjoyed another wonderful Name Tag Sunday! Thank you to everyone who brought in apple treats to share. They were delicious! 😋

It was a great day filled with meaningful worship, a challenging message, and sweet fellowship with our church family. We are so thankful for these opportunities to connect, encourage one another, and grow together in our faith.

✨ Transformation Begins With These 3 Things! ✨

This Sunday, we were challenged by Romans 12:12 to live out our faith in three powerful ways:

🙌 Choose Joy — Be joyful regardless of our circumstances. Our joy isn’t dependent on everything going right; it’s rooted in Christ.

💪 Persevere Through Hardship — Instead of only asking God to remove the hard things, ask Him to strengthen you as you walk through them.

🙏 Be Faithful in Prayer — Prayer isn’t transactional; it’s relational. It’s about building a relationship with God, not just bringing Him a list of requests.

Today, we’re celebrating a very special mother-daughter duo — Noelle & Irma-Joy! 💕👏

Noelle is one of the friendly faces you can count on to greet you on Sunday mornings! 😊 As an usher, she helps welcome people, find them a seat, and makes sure everyone feels at home when they walk through our doors.

Irma-Joy faithfully serves in our Young Adult Ministry and as a Connect Group Leader. 📖❤️ Her love for teaching and mentoring others shines through as she invests in the lives of those around her.

Together, Noelle and Irma-Joy are dependable, full of integrity, and insightful, and we are so thankful for the way they use their gifts to serve our church family.

💛 Children are such a blessing! 💛

We were blessed at Evangel today to witness a beautiful baby dedication! What a joy it is to celebrate the gift of children and the commitment of parents to raise them in the ways of the Lord.

We are so thankful for the children God has blessed our church family with. Each one is a precious gift, and it is a privilege to watch them grow in faith and love.

🙏 Would you join us in praying for the parents and children of Evangel? Pray for wisdom, strength, and grace for the parents as they raise their little ones, and that each child would come to know and love Jesus and grow in His truth.
