On Thursday, our church community suddenly lost a husband, dad, son, brother, and friend.
Our hearts are broken and our prayers are with the Blonde family as they navigate this unimaginable grief.

50 blessing bags packed with love by some pretty incredible kids today as a kick off to our BIG SERVE project, serving our community in big, tangible ways.

Our Creekside CK kids spent the morning filling bags with practical summer essentials like bug spray, sunscreen, hats, water bottles, socks, and hygiene items to support unhoused neighbours in our community.

These bags will be distributed through ROCK Reach Out Chatham-Kent 🧡 a local organization serving vulnerable people in Chatham-Kent with dignity, compassion, and care.

Sometimes loving your neighbour looks like small hands packing sunscreen into a bag and learning that kindness is something we practice together.

We’re so proud of these kids and grateful for a church community that believes compassion should always move beyond words.

🧡 Join Us for Pack & Bless Day! 🧡
As part of our Big Serve, we’re excited to support by creating Blessing Bags with summer essentials like sunscreen, bug spray, water, socks, hygiene items, sunglasses, and hats.
We will host a “Pack and Bless Day” on May 17th, after the service and we’d love for your kids to join us in packing and sharing love with those in need.
