Mogoditshane Assembly warmly invites you to our Wellness Day, a special event dedicated to promoting Mental Health Awareness and Interpersonal Violence Prevention.

🕗 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
📍 Mogoditshane AFM Church Hall

We are honoured to host Mrs. Baikgopodi Nkalafang, Research Psychologist, as our guest speaker.

Activities include:
✅ Free health screenings and checks (BMI, Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and more)
✅ Aerobics sessions
✅ Interpersonal violence awareness discussions
✅ Prayer and encouragement
✅ Healthy snacks
