John 15:15 - "I no longer call you servants...
Instead I have called you friends.

Weโ€™re good at asking Jesus for stuff. But friendship grows when you sit without an agenda. 10 minutes in the morning with no list. Just โ€œYouโ€™re here, Iโ€™m here.โ€ The disciples walked with Him for 3 years before they understood much. Friendship is slow. Itโ€™s presence over performance.

"When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, 'Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.'"

Jesus tells Peter to go back out fishing after a night of catching nothing. Peter's skeptical, but he does it anyway and ends up with a haul so big the nets start breaking. "stop playing it safe and go where it's uncomfortable the blessings are there."

Luke 5 vs 1-11

Jesus told Simon Peter to launch into the deep and by so doing they enclosed a large number of fish and their nets were breaking. Staying in the shallow waters won't yield results so it is time to step out of your comfort zone and step into what God has planned and promised.
