GO AND DO THE SAME
Mma Bishop- Mrs Mooketsane

📖 Luke 10:25–37

Jesus told a story about a kind man called the Good Samaritan.

A man was walking on a road when robbers attacked him. They hurt him badly and left him lying on the ground.

A priest came by and saw the hurt man, but he walked away.

Then a Levite came by. He also saw the hurt man, but he walked away too.

Later, a Samaritan came by. The Samaritan saw the hurt man and felt sorry for him.

He cleaned the man's wounds and helped him. He took him to a place where he could rest and get better. He even paid money so that the man would be looked after.

Jesus then asked, "Who was a good neighbour?"

The answer was simple: the Samaritan, because he showed love and kindness.

What can we learn?

❤️ Love God.

❤️ Love other people.

❤️ Be kind to everyone, even people you do not know.

❤️ Help people who are sad, sick, lonely, or in trouble.

❤️ Don't just say you care—show it by your actions.

Jesus showed us love when He died for us. He wants us to show that same love to others.

📖 John 13:35 says:
"Everyone will know you are My followers if you love one another."

Challenge for this week:

Think about these questions:

👉 How can I show kindness today?

👉 Can I help someone who needs help?

👉 Can people see God's love through my actions?

Let's be like the Good Samaritan and show love wherever we go.

Go and do the same!

🌸How we need to present ourselves in order to Multiply- Mrs Mpipi🌸

2 Corinthians 5:20

As ambassadors of Christ- we need to present ourselves in a certain way.
That has the power to shape how people view & value the gospel.

For us to Multiply:
We need to attract people to the Gospel.
E.g if there were 2 plates of the exact same food, 1 plated neatly and the other done in a tacky manner… which one would you choose?

As Christians it is the same: The way you live can bring people to church or will repel them.
E.g you are a leader in the work place and you create a hostile environment for your subordinates then you try come to them and offer the Gospel or to someone they know who has heard the Ill treatment you give others… do you expect them to listen to you? They will doubt the authenticity of your because of the way you live.
⁃ Phillipians 1:27

*Sense of sight
To see the color of your food. What people see about you; dress code, mannerism, attitude… all that has an impact on how you can win people to Christ.
If you’ve been seen in places that are contrary to the Gospel, that can have an impact on how converts see the Gospel.
⁃ Titus 2:7

The taste of your food: the tongue is used to taste.
That tongue we use to gossip, spread negativity, lack of faith… we need to speak the truth and love.
⁃ James 3:5
The tongue is very small but can break relationships. WE need to watch what we say. What we say has the power to make or break people, build them up or put them down, what we post of social media, or say by word of mouth.
⁃ 1 Thesselonians 5:11
⁃ Ephesians 4:29

Sense of Touch- touch, the consistency of the food (how rough or smooth the food is)
How rough or smooth you are with people will leave a lasting impression. How did you make them feel, was it a feeling of encouragement, empathy, love, judgement, condemnation? When a person leaves your presence, what kind of impression of you do they leave with?

As the sheep, sometimes we speak bad of our leaders of one another, this can make someone leave the church or feel unwelcome.
Ephesians 5:1-2

How the food is neatly arranged;
How we shape up the word of God and say it to unbelievers, how you communicate it to people.

Temperature of the food;
It’s lunch time and you are offered a cold plate of food, however you would’ve loved it warm.
As we carry the Gospel- we are to be hot, you should not be cold when the Gospel is being taught. When it is time for evangelism, when your support is needed, people should come and do it. The Gospel of the Lord is free but we need resources.

Ask yourself;
What am I living for?
What do they see/ hear?
When I interact with someone, do they leave encouraged?
Am I representing the Gospel well?

✨ SUNDAY WORD | The Holy Spirit & Speaking in Tongues
By Mma Tshebo

📖 Hebrews 6 teaches us about the foundation upon which everything in our Christian life is built. One of those foundations is baptisms (plural), showing us there are different kinds:
• Water baptism
• Baptism of the Holy Spirit
• Baptism of fire
• Baptism of suffering
• Baptism of repentance

But among all these, the one we must earnestly desire is the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

🔥 WHO is the Holy Spirit & why do we need the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is not just a force- He is God.

📖 Genesis 1:1–2 -He was present at creation
📖 Matthew 3:16–17 -When Jesus was baptized, the Holy Spirit descended upon him, revealing His sonship.

👉 The life, power, and obedience of Jesus were all through the Holy Spirit.

📖 Romans 8:11 -The Spirit gives life, even raising Christ from the dead.

🌱 WHY do we need the Holy Spirit (and tongues)?
• He convicts us and brings us into salvation
• He dwells within us at new birth
• He empowers us to live for Christ
• He helps us grow and become like Christ

🔥 Speaking in tongues is evidence and expression of this infilling
• It builds us up spiritually
• It allows the Spirit to pray through us
• It activates the power of God within us

📖 Matthew 3:11 -When we receive him, he Baptizes us with the Holy Spirit and fire

The Holy Spirit enforces the covenant.

🙌🏽 HOW do we receive?
• Laying on of hands -📖 Acts 8:17
• Impartation -📖 Acts 19:6–7
• Hearing the Word -📖 Acts 10:44–46

No more tarrying post Pentecost.
What is the condition for receiving baptism in the Holy Spirit?
You must be born again.

🔥 WHAT to expect:
• You will receive the Holy Spirit as you believe
• Tongues will flow from your spirit, not your mind

📖 Acts 2:4 -The Holy Spirit gives utterance, but you must speak

👉 You open your mouth- the Holy Spirit gives the words.

✨ In summary:
The Holy Spirit is the foundation, and speaking in tongues is a powerful gift that activates and strengthens your spiritual life.

The Legacy of Mma Margaret Richards

Minister Tshenolo Moyo

Theme: The Testimony

Genesis 17: 1-7
Ephesians 3:2
Acts 1:1

We celebrate and honor the life and legacy of Mrs Margaret Richards — a woman whose life became a testimony of service, prayer, love, and sacrifice.

Mma Richards purposed in her heart to serve God and His people.

She understood the meaning of Eph 3:2, that grace upon her life is not for herself but for a generation. She left her home, family, and comfort in the UK to come to Africa because she carried a calling bigger than herself. She carried nations and Kings on the inside of her. They served in Ghana, Liberia, and Botswana from 1992–2002. When she and her husband arrived in Botswana, the church was going through a difficult season and needed rebuilding.

She carried the spirit and assignment of Nehemiah — rebuilding broken walls so the enemy could not enter.

But she did not only build structures.
She built people.

She built through:

* prayer
* love
* encouragement
* sacrifice
* being a godly example

She lived what Acts of the Apostles 1:1 says about Jesus:
He “began both to do and to teach.”

She didn’t just teach Christianity — she lived it, she practised what she preached.

Her life reminded us that Christianity is not only about what we say in church, but about how we live every day. Acts 1:1 says Jesus both “did and taught,” and Mrs Richards lived exactly that way.

The message challenged us to ask ourselves:

•Are we part of the problem, or are we part of the solution?

Too often believers join negative conversations, criticize leaders, and spread darkness while carrying the Word of God inside them.

Yet the Word of God carries answers for:

* broken systems
* broken families
* broken societies
* broken people

The church is supposed to bring solutions.

The Richards family labored to build foundations of the church.

And the beautiful thing about a strong foundation is this:
Even when walls fall, foundations can still remain so that new walls are built on it.

God is calling the church back to:

* holiness
* prayer
* service
* soul winning
* love

Five major Christian mandates highlighted from her life were:

1. Winning souls
2. Increasing and bearing fruit
3. Building believers to maturity
4. Transforming society as salt and light
5. Walking in love

This Mother’s Day, we honor a spiritual mother whose impact may never be written in the Bible, but has surely been written in the hearts and lives of many people.

In honor of Mma Richards, let us rise again in service, holiness, and purpose.

WAKE UP, CHRISTIAN
PST Tshebo

Daniel 10 teaches us something powerful about prayer.

Daniel prayed and fasted, and from the very first day, God heard him. But the answer didn’t come immediately. It was delayed for 21 days because of a spiritual battle — the “Prince of Persia” (modern-day Iran region) resisted the angel bringing the answer until Michael came to help.

This shows us: not every delay is denial. Sometimes, there is spiritual resistance.

In the same way, the conflicts we see today — especially in Israel and the Middle East — are not only physical. They reflect spiritual battles involving principalities, just like in Daniel’s time. The struggle is ultimately about people being saved, with the gospel reaching nations across that region.

But our role is not to speculate — our role is to pray.

Daniel didn’t stop. He stayed consistent, and the breakthrough came.

As Christians, we must:

* Stay prayerful
* Stay watchful
* Stay faithful

The gospel is for the whole world — not just one nation. God’s desire is that all people be saved.

Remember: Paul planted churches in regions that today are largely known as Islamic countries (like parts of modern-day Turkey and the Middle East). This reminds us that God has always been at work in these places, and His desire is still to reach them today.

So wake up, Christian.

Your prayers matter more than you think.

WATCH –BE ON GUARD
By Pastor Jimmy. J. Katshipi

Today at church, Pastor Jimmy . J Katshipi shared a message that really stayed with me. The theme was simple but powerful: *“Watch – Be on Guard.”* He started with Revelation 16:15, reminding us that there is a blessing for those who stay awake and alert spiritually.
He said something that hit hard—we are living in the last days. Jesus already finished the work, but He has entrusted *us* with the responsibility to reconcile the world back to God through the Gospel. It’s not passive. It’s a calling.
Then he went to Mark 13:33: *“Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come.”* The emphasis was clear—we can’t afford to be careless or distracted.

From there, he broke the message into three main areas we need to stay watchful in.

1. Prayer
He explained that prayer isn’t just something we do when we’re in trouble—it’s daily communication with God. It’s how we stay connected to Him. Without prayer, that connection weakens.

He brought up Daniel as an example. Daniel lived through different kingdoms and served under multiple kings, yet he remained steady. Why? Because he was a man of prayer. His consistency in prayer kept him grounded no matter what was happening around him.
Then Pastor showed us how even Jesus prioritized prayer—waking up early (Mark 1:35), praying all night (Luke 6:12), and constantly withdrawing to be with the Father. That really put things into perspective.
The message was clear: if we’re going to survive and live well in these times, we *must* be people of prayer. God is looking for people who are connected to Him, not just people who know about Him.

2. Soul Winning (Evangelism)
The second point was about evangelism. He quoted 2 Timothy 4:5: *“Do the work of an evangelist.”*
He emphasized that sharing the Gospel isn’t optional—it’s part of our responsibility. Whether it’s convenient or not, whether we feel ready or not, we are called to reach people.
What stood out is how he said we already have the authority. The issue isn’t whether we can—it’s whether we will actually do it.

3. Faith
The last point was about faith. From 1 Timothy 4:1, he warned that in the last days, some people will fall away from the faith.
That part felt serious. It wasn’t just encouragement—it was a warning. We have to guard our faith, stay rooted in God’s Word, and not be easily shaken by what’s happening around us.

PASTOR DR HOVE – PASCHAL MINISTRY (PART 2)
Burial & Resurrection ✝️🔥

The death of Jesus was not an accident—it was part of God’s divine plan. His burial proves that He truly died, and it also reveals something powerful: our old lives were buried with Him.

As Christians, we often focus on the cross and the resurrection, but we miss the burial. Yet, so much was happening in those three days. Your old self—your past, your sin, your brokenness—was laid in that grave with Christ.

THE GRAVE 🪨
It is believed to have been a newly cut rock tomb, placed near the site of crucifixion. It was sealed with a large stone and secured tightly. Everything about it confirmed: Jesus was truly dead.

But that was not the end.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THOSE 3 DAYS?

* The disciples were hiding, overwhelmed with fear.
* Jesus entered the realm of the dead.
* He declared victory over death and demonic powers.

ROMANS 6:6 – A NEW LIFE 🌊
Jesus was raised from the dead by the power of the Father, and because of that, we are called to walk in newness of life.

Baptism reflects this powerful journey:

* When you are dipped into the water—you die with Him.
* When you are under the water—you are in the grave with Him.
* When you rise—you rise with Him into a new life.

THE RESURRECTION 🙌
After three days, Jesus rose again.

In Luke 24:1–6, the angels asked a powerful question:
*“Why do you seek the living among the dead?”*

This is the truth—we serve a LIVING God!

RESURRECTION IS NOT JUST AN EVENT
Resurrection is a PERSON—Jesus Christ.

It is our:

* Joy 😊
* Confidence 💪
* Proof of God’s power ⚡

PHILIPPIANS 3:10 – OUR CRY 🔥
Apostle Paul said, *“That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection.”*

This should be our desire-not just to know about Jesus, but to truly experience Him. To hear His voice. To walk with Him closely. This comes through a deep, intimate relationship.

CHILD OF GOD, HEAR THIS 👇
That “dead” thing in your life-whether it’s your marriage, your business, or even the economy-can come alive again through resurrection power!

ROMANS 4:25 ✨

* His death paid the penalty.
* His resurrection secured your “NOT GUILTY.”

WHAT DOES THE RESURRECTION MEAN FOR US?

1. It marks the end of Satan’s dominion over our lives
(Matthew 28, Luke 10:19)

2. It quickens our bodies
(Romans 8:11)
Speak life over yourself: *“Body, align with the Word of God and be quickened!”*

3. *lIt changes our position
We are now seated with Christ, far above all principalities and powers.

Final Thought:
You are not who you used to be. That version of you is buried. You have risen with Christ- walk in that power, live in that freedom, and carry that victory every day.

THE POWER & SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CROSS
— Pastor Dr Hove

📖 Anchor Scriptures:
• 1 Corinthians 1:18
• Colossians 2:14–15

The Cross is not just a historical event—it is where Heaven met humanity. It is the turning point of eternity and the foundation of our victory.

Before the Cross, humanity was separated from God after the fall in the Garden of Eden. But through the Cross, reconciliation was made possible.

When Jesus died, the veil in the tabernacle was torn—giving us direct access to God’s presence. No longer limited, we can now boldly enter and commune with Him.

The Cross is not only symbolic—it is functional. It is a place of divine exchange:
👉 Our sins, pain, and failures were taken
👉 We received His righteousness (John 1:29)

🔥 WHAT THE CROSS ACCOMPLISHED FOR US:

❤️ Revealed God’s Love
📖 Romans 5:8
A selfless, sacrificial love—not based on performance.

🩸 Brought Forgiveness & Redemption
📖 Ephesians 1:7
Forgiveness was costly—it was paid in full by His blood.

⚔️ Defeated Satan & Darkness
We don’t fight for victory—we fight from victory!

⛓️ Broke the Power of Sin
📖 Romans 6:6
• The penalty of sin—removed
• The power of sin—broken through surrender

👑 Gave Us a New Identity
📖 Romans 12:1
Salvation is not behavior modification—it is transformation and adoption.

✨ The Cross is our:
• Identity
• Confidence
• Authority

Let us continually yield to the power of the Cross—the place where everything changed.
