WISEMAN ANGEL

What truly pleases God is not a life without struggle or a body that lacks nothing, but a spirit that is humble and aligned with Him. Many of us worry about what we don’t haveβ€”money, clothes, or comfortβ€”but God looks beyond physical lack and focuses on the condition of the heart. A troubled body comes from earthly needs, but a troubled spirit comes from sin and disconnection from the Creator. That is why Scripture says in Psalm 51:17 that a broken and contrite heart is what God will never despise. Instead of being consumed by material concerns, we should be more concerned about the state of our spirit, because that is what truly stands before God and pleases Him.
