Health Ministry & Interest Coordinators Collaboration – Sabbath Food Demonstration

This Sabbath, the Health Ministry, in collaboration with the Interest Coordinators Department, hosted a food demonstration focused on promoting healthy, practical, and delicious plant-based meals.

We featured:

Chickpea Avocado Sandwich – a nutritious meal rich in plant protein, healthy fats, and fresh ingredients.

Lentil Vegetable Soup – a hearty, wholesome soup packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

The demonstration highlighted how simple food choices can contribute to better health and well-being while honoring God through healthy living.

We thank everyone who attended, participated, and sampled the recipes. A special thank you to the members of both departments whose teamwork made this initiative a success.
