It was great to have our neighbours from 1st Dulwich Hill Marrickville Scouts over for a visit this week. We loved connecting, being able to share about what we do here at Sydney Inner West Salvos, and being asked so many great questions. Thanks for visiting 🙌 ⚜️

What a rich time we've been having in Junior Soldiers preparation classes. We've looked at the gospel message, holiness, how we can communicate with God and how we can get involved in God's mission. We are just about finished the formal prep classes. Please pray for our kids as they think about their next steps 💙

What a special Pentecost celebration 🔥

We were blessed with a glimpse of Pentecost as people read the Scriptures and prayed the Lord’s Prayer in their native tongues and Major Irene reminded us of the power of the Holy Spirit in equipping us to take Jesus’ love out into the world.

And the icing on the cake was a beautiful time connecting together over corps lunch.
