Basic Stitching Workshop for Kids

A fun and practical workshop where children can learn simple stitching skills in a hands-on and interactive way.

Date: 9th July 2026
Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Venue: YMCA Springfield Lakes
Age Group: 11–16 years
Fee: $13 per child

Children will learn:

How to thread a needle
How to sew a button
Basic mending and repairing of clothes
Simple hand stitching techniques

All materials will be provided. No need to bring supplies.

Please bring a water bottle.

Please bring a plate of food to share. If possible, please bring two plates, one for the brothers’ table and one for the sisters’ table.

Activities include kids comedy show, henna, face paint, prizes, games and more.
