1st Pine Rivers Girls' Brigade is a non-profit christian organisation for girls and young women in t All girls aged 5-21 years are invited to join us.

The Girls' Brigade is a vibrant Christian community providing a relationship building, achievement based program incorporating physical, social, educational and spiritual aspects.
1st Pine Rivers Girls' Brigade meets on Tuesday Nights (during the school term) from 6:30-8:30pm at the Pine Rivers Uniting Church, 30 Narangba Road Kallangur 4503.

Happy Father’s Day from 1st Pine Rivers!

We got a head start on the celebrations on Tuesday night with our very own LEGO Masters: Dads and Daughters edition! 😂🏆
There was plenty of creativity, a little friendly competition, lots of laughs and some seriously impressive LEGO builds!
We hope today is filled with even more LEGO competitions, plenty of laughs, quality time together and maybe just a little bit of “Dad, that’s not how you build it!”

The bond between a mother and daughter is something truly special, woven with love, growth, patience, and joy. Today we celebrate our mums and all that they are, and to say how deeply grateful we are for each of you.

This morning we had the honour of marching in Kallangur for ANZAC Day, standing together in remembrance and respect.

We gathered to honour all the soldiers who have gone before us, and those who continue to serve and fight for our freedoms today. We remember their bravery, their courage, their love, and their unwavering commitment.

We also acknowledge the deep sacrifice made not only by the soldiers, but by their families and loved ones who stand behind them.

With grateful hearts, we say thank you.
We honour you all.

Through rain, hail and shine, we will show up for those who showed up for us.

He is risen! 🤍✝️

Today we celebrate the hope, joy, and new life we have because of Jesus. What looked like the end became the greatest victory, the tomb is empty, and love has won!

As you enjoy your Easter chocolates today, may it be a sweet reminder of the even greater reason we celebrate: Jesus’ incredible love, sacrifice, and the new life we have because of Him.

We are so thankful that because of Jesus, we have a forever hope, a purpose, and a Saviour who is alive.

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said.” – Matthew 28:6

It was about 3pm… and everything changed.
On Good Friday, we pause and reflect on the reality that Jesus died a horrific death on the cross but in that sorrow, we also remember the sweetness of why He did it, and who He did it for… us.
He took on our sin, our pain, and our brokenness so we could know forgiveness, freedom, and true love. What looked like the darkest moment in history became the greatest act of grace.
Today we remember the cross, not just for the sacrifice, but for the love behind it ❤️✝️
