We had the joy of praying for all our deacons this past Sunday. We are deeply grateful to Christ for the recent appointment of 4 additional deacons: Seth, Birch, Marton and Wes. Our Lord Jesus Himself said, “I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it!”

We are excited to introduce DBC's first Pastoral Interns: Daniel, Ben, Nathan and Jordan!

Over the next 12 months, they'll be studying alongside our pastors and elders. It was a joy to pray for them this Sunday, and we trust they will be equipped and spurred on for the King's service.

Soli Deo Gloria!

On Sunday 27th, we rejoiced as Haley and Sophie were baptised, publicly declaring their faith in Jesus and their new life in him. It was a joy to hear them confess Christ as Lord before our church family.

Afterwards, we shared a church luncheon, enjoying good food and fellowship around the table. Thank you to everyone who helped serve.

Please pray that Haley and Sophie would keep growing in grace and in knowledge of Christ as they continue in the life of the church.

To God be the glory!

"We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life." (Romans 6:4)

This Sunday, after our 10am service, we're celebrating baptisms and gathering for a church lunch afterwards!

Everyone is welcome to come along and celebrate as members of our church family take this next step in their faith.

Stay back afterwards for a great time of fellowship together.

If you're able to bring a dessert, slice, or fruit platter to share for lunch, that would be a huge help!

We hope to see you there!
