📖 Pentecost: From the Hearts of Stone to Human Hearts
📘 “Acts 2:1-4”

Today we reflected on the power and significance of Pentecost 🔥—the moment God moved from external altars into the hearts of believers.
In the Old Testament, the Spirit would come and go 📖 “Judges 14:6”, “1 Samuel 16:14”, “Psalm 51:11”. Fire represented God's power, purification and approval—seen in the burning bush, Mount Sinai and on the altar 📖 “Exodus 3:2”, “Exodus 19:18”, “1 Kings 18:38”, “Leviticus 6:13”.

Why Pentecost Matters:
- Pentecost fulfilled Jesus’ promise
📖 “John 16:7-8”, “Luke 24:49”, “Acts 1:8”
The Holy Spirit came to convict, empower and equip believers. Speak the Word—power is released through truth!
- There was a shift from visitation to habitation
📖 “John 14:16-18”, “1 Corinthians 3:16”
The heart became the altar, the body became the temple and the believer became the carrier of divine fire
- Fire moved from dead altars to living altars
📖 “1 Peter 2:5”, “Acts 7:48-49”
God no longer dwells in buildings alone—but in His people.
- Pentecost birthed the Church
📖 “Acts 2:14-18”, “Acts 2:41”
Fearful Peter became bold through the Holy Spirit. When the Spirit is at work, transformation cannot be hidden!
- Pentecost reversed Babel
📖 “Genesis 11:8”, “Acts 2:6”, “Acts 2:11”
What Babel scattered, Pentecost united
- Pentecost fulfilled prophecy
📖 “Joel 2:28-29”, “Acts 2:16”, “Ezekiel 37”
The Spirit is no longer reserved for a few—He is available to all believers.
- Fire still requires an altar—and altars require sacrifice
📖 “Romans 12:1”, “1 Thessalonians 5:19”
Believers are called to remain living sacrifices and keep the fire burning.
📖 “1 Corinthians 2:4”, “Acts 2:40-47”, “Acts 3:2-6”
- Do you realise you walk in power, miracles and favour? Blessings pursue you!
- Pentecost is the story of God moving from buildings and stone altars into the hearts of man.

Call to Action:
1. Keep the fire on your altar burning
2. Listen and respond to the Holy Spirit
3. Speak God’s Word boldly
4. Live as a carrier of God’s Presence and power

🔹 Mothers often carry unseen pain behind their smiles, but God sees every tear

🔹 A mother’s sacrifice reflects the heart of God—loving, giving, and enduring

🔹 Like Hannah, many mothers endure the pain of waiting and praying for breakthrough

🔹 Some mothers carry the burden of believing for wayward children, yet there is still hope

Single and Searching

Today, our panel consisted of people from within the house, individuals we see and walk with daily. We journeyed through singleness from different perspectives and experiences.

We took time to learn from their stories of maximized singleness, understanding how individuals can grow from being single into marriage the right way.

We explored the contrast between worldly relationship standards vs Kingdom standards, and what it truly means to be single the right way.

Time was not enough, as the level of engagement and feedback was incredibly high.
