Mataniah’s Spiritual Journey
Isaiah 49:2 “…and He has made my mouth likes a sharp sword in the shadow of His hand has He hid me and made me a polished arrow in His quiver has He kept me close and concealed me.”
My birth name is Tania du Toit and I was born 19 December 1971 in Pretoria, South Africa.
Mataniah is a Hebrew name and the meaning thereof is “Gift of God”.
PHASE 1
Reborn - Restoration Project 1
14 January 2004 I woke up with the sound of Someone calling out my name in the middle of the night. I stared into the darkness around me, but there was no one else awake. Again I heard my name called for the second time and I rose out of the bed & took the Bible on my bedside table. It was covered with dust because I never read out of it.
I went outside under the starry night and asked the Lord if He called my name.
I gave my heart to the Lord and that night I got reborn. I knew God was calling me for a purpose.
The words Matthew 22:29 came into my heart and I opened the Bible there:
Matthew 22:29 But Jesus replied to them, “You are all wrong because you know neither the Scriptures [which teach the resurrection] nor the power of God [for He is able to raise the dead].
During this time we were in the process of buying a guesthouse. The existing property we stayed on had to be sold first and we gave sole propriety to a local estate agent. This property that had to be sold also included a piece of land that had to be sold to get the right amount to buy the guest house. The property was placed in God's hands and I named the price that I wanted for the property to Him and I trusted in Him for a positive outcome. We have made an offer at the guest house with a time slot linked by a cut-off date and then 24 hours afterwards. In other words, if the date of the offer expires, I have 24 hours to buy the guest house in cash or get another home loan for it.
Totally impossible for me at that stage!
In the 24th hour of the offer clause, a cash buyer arrived with an offer to buy our property for exactly the monetary value we wanted for the house and the land. At the last hour the transaction was closed and the new owner bought both properties! God's timing is always the right timing. His timing is not our timing and He knows exactly when to open the right door.
In this time God also gave me the scripture of Isaiah 49.
You will also see how this scripture was woven through Mataniah’s spiritual journey.
📷Rename
In the local library of Worcester I went to the Hebrew explanatory dictionary. I searched for a word that maybe can mean something like "from the hand of God" or "direct from God's hand" ... Then I saw the meaning "Gift of God" and when I moved to the name, the name was: MATANIAH. What more do I need to say?
MA (In Africans it means MOTHER) TANIA (My birth name) H
(The covenant with God like he had with Sara/Sarah)
The guesthouse was bought and called Mataniah Guesthouse and God renamed me as Mataniah as a covenant.

2 Do not neglect to extend hospitality to strangers [especially among the family of believers—being friendly, cordial, and gracious, sharing the comforts of your home and doing your part generously], for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.
Nehemiah 13
13 I appointed [as treasurers] over the storehouses: Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and Pedaiah of the Levites; assisting them was Hanan son of Zaccur, the son of Mataniah; for they were considered faithful and reliable, and their task was to distribute [supplies] to their brothers (fellow Levites).
Nehemiah 12
25 Mataniah, Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon and Akkub were gatekeepers who guarded the storerooms at the gates.
12 Those from among you Shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of [a]Streets to Dwell In.
PHASE 2
Relocate - Restoration Project 2
Loflaaitie Kleuterskool 2007
Not long after I was reborn, a old lady of the church gave me a prophetic word and said she see that I stand on a small hill in the town, handing out smaller envelopes to people. AGS New Life Worcester (a church on the hill of Worcester) advertised a job vacancy in their church office and I applied for it. Ps. Theo Niemand contacted me and wanted to know if I want to be in charge of the church’s nursery school, Loflaaitie Nursery School. I went for an interview and was relocated in flesh and in spirit. This is where I handed out the smaller envelopes the old lady saw, to my staff every week for their salaries. But at Loflaaities I walked right into the middle of a spiritual battle with a huge variety spirits. There the spiritual foundations had to be restored and repaired. God was with me every step of the way. God thought me to share the gospel to the kids, to their parents and to the staff. We anointed the school with anointing prayer oil and cleansed the school from every evil toy, picture, Batman- Superman- and Spiderman images. It was an awesome learning curve for me. Wow what a blessed season!
PHASE 3
📷Reroute - Restoration Project 3
De La Bat School for the deaf 2011
At the end of 2010 the church decided to sell the nursery school and I was rerouted as Project Manager and Marketer at the De La Bat School for the Deaf (NID). There I walked into a bigger spiritual battle than Loflaaities, with a lot of spirits. There the spiritual foundations had to be restored and repaired once again. God was with me every step of the way. I claimed the ground for God in Jesus Name and wrote Scripture everywhere on the doors and walls. We anointed the school with anointing prayer oil and cleansed the school from every evil grip, sickness and stronghold. In this time God gave me this Scripture over and over again.
10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, saying, “Oh that You would indeed bless me and enlarge my border [property], and that Your hand would be with me, and You would keep me from evil so that it does not hurt me!” And God granted his request.
PHASE 4
Research - Restoration Project 4
INDIA Outreach 2011 – 2013
God’s Will Ministry India
Never had I dreamt how God will enlarge my territory like this! J While I was still employed at NID I did some research regarding fundraising for NPO’s and NGO’s around the world and how they generate their funds. I came across an Indian orphanage in Hyderabad who needed someone to help them with fundraising. We engaged with prayer emails and the owner and his wife of the orphanage invited me to come and visit them in India. This
6 He says, “It is too trivial a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the [a]survivors of Israel; I will also make You a light to the nations That My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
📷7 This is what the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, Israel’s Holy One says, To the thoroughly despised One, To the One hated by the nation To the Servant of rulers, “[b]Kings will see and arise, Princes shall also bow down, Because of the Lord who is faithful,
the Holy One of Israel who has chosen You.”
📷8 This is what the Lord says, “In a [c]favourable time I have answered You, And in a day of salvation I have helped You; And I will keep watch over You and give You for a covenant of the people, To restore the land [from its present state of ruin] and to apportion and give as inheritances the deserted hereditary lands, 9 Saying to those who are bound and captured, ‘Go forth,’ And to those who are in [spiritual] darkness, ‘Show yourselves [come into the light of the Saviour].’ They will feed along the roads [on which they travel], And their pastures will be on all the bare heights. 10 “They will not hunger or thirst, Nor will the scorching heat or sun strike them down; For He who has compassion on them will lead them, And He will guide them to springs of water. 11 “And I will make all My mountains a roadway, And My highways will be raised. 12 “In fact, these will come from far away; And, lo, these shall come from the north and from the west, And these from the land of [d]Aswan (southern Egypt).”

PHASE 5
Reboot - Restoration Project 5
Animal Welfare 2014
The SPCA in Worcester has withdrawn, and a small group of people have decided to start an animal welfare called Animal Welfare Society (AWS). They approached me to hear if I don’t want to do a volunteer job for them there. The first day I started, there was a chair - that's all. Everything was tatty, torn, broken or stolen. Definitely a rebuild and restore project. It was quite a REBOOT season for me after my India experience. AWS offered me a permanent job and wanted to send me for training as an animal inspector.
The guesthouse was sold in September 2014 and it was really a REBOOT time in my spiritual and physical life. It was a dark time in my life. This was also a time when God was busy restoring and rebooting me. In this season of rebooting I applied for a job at Goudini Spa and I was praying about the animal inspector training but the Holy Spirit prompted me to decide myself. Do I want to go for training or do I want to go and work at Goudini Spa? I decided to trust God about Goudini and wrote an email to AWS regarding my decision that I will not go for training.
Isaiah 49:8 This is what the Lord says, “In a [c]favourable time I have answered You, And in a day of salvation I have helped You;
PHASE 6
Release
Mataniah Guesthouse 2014
In September 2014 we sold our guesthouse. It was a very sad season in my life and I had to learn how to RELEASE. For everything in life, there is a season and a time to receive, a time to loose and a time to RELEASE. I have also learned that material things do not make you who you are – it does not define you. I felt like Job. Stripped of everything. I blamed myself, I blamed everyone around me and I was upset.
Isaiah 49:14 But Zion (Jerusalem in captivity) said, “The Lord has abandoned me, And my Lord has forgotten me.” 15 [The Lord answered] “Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.”
PHASE 7
Return - Restoration Project 6
Namibia – January 2015
I was wondering if I must put this phase in… but there is a pattern in the phases and if I skip this one, the next one will not be the new beginning J While I was waiting for Goudini’s invite for an interview, I decided to visit a game range in Namibia. They needed a coordinator to run their tourism bookings and to rebuild and restore their business. This was a very short project and January 2015 I RETURNED to South Africa after I helped them creating some marketing tools and admin structures.
PHASE 8
Reconnect – New Beginnings
Restoration Project 7
Isaiah 49:16
16 Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; [O Zion] your walls are continually before Me.
Goudini Spa - May 2015 – December 2017
On 26 April 2015, I was invited for an interview at Goudini Spa as a Conference Coordinator. In 2013 I applied for the same job, but never got an invite for an interview – now I know why God kept that door closed in 2013. If I started in 2013 nothing would have been the same as it started off in 2015 :-O I never expected what God had in store for me in this season…. What an amazing blessing was waiting for me…This was my season of RECONNECT with God also. To be busy with God and not the “things and programs” of God. I knew this was not something I will help restore to begin with, first God want to restore me and prepare me for something new. It felt as if I was stripped to the bone and God started to rebuild me from scratch.
One hour after I send my email to AWS regarding my choice not to go for the animal inspector training and to rather resign, Goudini Spa phoned me and announced that I got the job and need to start 1 May 2015. What an anointed moment! God’s timing is always the perfect timing. He opened doors only He can open! All the glory to my King.
As I drove to Goudini Spa on the first day, the Holy Spirit said:”This is only the tip of the ice berg…there is so much more in store for you in this season…” Little did I know what God had in store.
In this time, God showed me a dark vineyard with a lot of little light speckles. The speckles were the little foxes’ eyes who wanted to ruin my vineyard. But between me and the speckles in the vineyard, stood a huge warrior angel with his back facing me, to protect me from the little foxes. What a beautiful picture. At that point I realized whatever the people or the enemy wants to do or to destroy me, is just a small little speckle in my vineyard. I have to look at the bigger picture – God’s picture. I had to claim back the Godly atmosphere on the resort in Jesus’ name – even the ground I needed to claim back.
27 February 2016 Leonard and I got married and I moved into his house on the resort. God gave us 2 scriptures:
Malachi 3:3
3 He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver, and He will purify the priests, the sons of Levi, and refine them like gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord offerings in righteousness.
Song of Solomon 6:3
3 I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine!
January 2018 everything started to change in the atmosphere at the resort. What a new beginning!

NEW WINE PROPHETIC CONFERENCE
17 Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”
After I saw Jesus with His cup of Love in His hand and His words of Matthew 9:17 flow from His mouth He said: ”I am preparing NEW WINE..but my bride is not ready to receive it, because she needs a NEW WINE SKIN” the NEW WINE PROPHETIC CONFERENCE was birthed.
220 Guests arrived at the Slanghoek Mountain Resort venue were this conference was hosted with 5 speakers. God poured out His New Wine over the Bride that day. All the glory to our awesome God of LOVE.
Historical Use of Healing Oils
Essential healing oils of the Bible are a component of botanical matter, evident with a simple walk through of a fragrant garden. The aromatic properties escape a rose with the brush of a hand. So there's little question why or how the ancients would have noticed this and utilized it in some form. Oils themselves are discussed in ancient literature dating back thousands of years, with Rome known for its baths, territories of Greece for their perfumes, and anointing oils mentioned in the Bible.
Largely, these were extracts, with many writings indicating the use of olive oil and pressing the oil out. There are indications of crude distillation methods, though, with discoveries of clay-made distillery equipment not unlike our own. (1) While these early distilled oils would have been closer to our modern hydrosols – steam distillation that creates an aromatic water – the idea of extracting, distilling, or otherwise capturing and using the fragrant component of a plant is of old.
Modern Use of Healing Oils of the Bible
In more recent decades, the science of distilling essential healing oils of the Bible as pure, concentrated components has been honed. As researchers and chemists learned more about chemical composition in the early 1900s, they were able to perfect the ability to isolate these compounds and, later, analyze their exact composition to understand more about their specific benefits. Unfortunately, with that ability came the appeal of synthetics and attempts to mimic the art of harnessing nature from the predictable halls of a laboratory.
As the ancient practice of perfumery began to meld with the newly confirmed healing actions of aromatic oils, the temptation has been to synthesize the fragrance in an attempt to replicate the benefits. There is no replacement for creation, however. As we walk through the commonly cited oils of the Bible, we should remember to honor their intended purpose rather than trying to recreate them as we see fit.
Breaking Down the Healing Oils of the Bible
You won't find your favorite blend listed alongside your favorite verse, but there are plenty of botanicals and oils listed in the Bible. Twelve healing oils of the Bible in particular have been singled out as potential essential healing oils or aromatic extracts and can even be purchased as such today! Unfortunately, and unsurprisingly, common names of the time are used rather than scientific names. Some, like frankincense, you probably have on your shelf, while others you might not even know how to pronounce. So which are most likely to connect us to the past, and which are just a throwback tribute? Lets look at each to find out.
1. Aloes
Wondering why the cactus-like plant is here? Merriam-Webster has a similar thought, by highlighting aloe first as the tropical plant with a healing gel. But then, the bigger picture emerges: plural : the fragrant wood of an East Indian tree (Aquilaria agallocha) of the mezereon family When the Bible refers to aloes, it's the aromatic extract (or mash) of a tree's heartwood, used for healing and especially embalming. Old English borrowed the word, then applied it to the spiky plant we know now. The Bible lists aloe(s) as:
While some claim that aloes or aloewood are the same as sandalwood, the direct connection – A. agallocha – has a powerful healing oil component itself. Used as an incense and cosmetic oil, aloewood (or eaglewood or agarwood) is known for its benefits as a stimulant and cardiac tonic and can even have some digestive wellness benefits, too! (2)
2. Cassia
Unlike the herb senna, whose proper name begins with Cassia, the cassia of the Bible resembled our cinnamon more than anything. According to an etymology breakdown by BibleHub online, cassia is likely “the inner bark of Cinnamomum cassia, a plant growing in eastern Asia closely allied to that which yields the cinnamon of commerce. It is a fragrant, aromatic bark and was probably used in a powdered form.” (3) The Bible lists cassia as:
Like cinnamon, Cinnamomum cassia is rich in cinnamaldehyde when derived from the bark. (4) If C. cassia is not available, cinnamon essential healing oil would be a fair switch.
3. Cedarwood
Mentioned most commonly as a burned wood for ceremonial purposes, cedarwood is associated with cleansing and purification. (5) These majestic, ancient trees – likely the cedar of Lebanon (C. libani) – are still around today, and are a source of antioxidant essential healing oil. According to an analysis of both C. libani and the more commonly used C. atlantica. The Bible lists cedarwood as:
There are several uses of cedarwood oil. In the cleansing of the Leper… The oil extracted from the cedars of Lebanon was used to embalm the ancient Pharaohs of Egypt and modern scientists have demonstrated the antioxidant properties of the cedarwood oil. (6)
4. Cypress
Mostly mentioned as a companion to cedar, cypress is celebrated in the Scripture as a sympbol of strength and security. One Bible dictionaries states this about Cypress (Hebrew word tirzah): “The Hebrew word is found only in (Isaiah 44:14) We are quite unable to assign any definite rendering to it. The true cypress is a native of the Ta**us. The Hebrew word points to some tree with a hard grain, and this is all that can be positively said of it.” (7) Most modern Bible translations, however, lists cypress several times as:
Cypress is the chosen translation likely due to the Mediterranean cypress (Cupressus sempervirens), an evergreen from which we derive an essential healing oil. Known simply as cypress oil, it is comprised largely of pinene and limonene and is an effective antibacterial essential healing oil. (8) Whether this is the tree spoken of or anyone burned it for its fragrant release of oil remains to be seen.
5. Frankincense
If you know me at all, you know this is one of favorite oils because of all the research support its used as a natural healer. And if you know the Christmas story, you already know at least one place where frankincense is mentioned in the Bible. Elsewhere, in Exodus 30:34 and Revelation 18:13, frankincense is mentioned as part of incense for a priestly rite and as indication of wealth and prosperity in spice trade. The Bible lists frankincense as:
As a healing remedy, frankincense oil is not only antimicrobial but also an immunostimulant. (9) Could God have been protecting His priests (and Son!) through the use of frankincense?
6. Galbanum
One of the more unfamiliar of the oils, galbanum was listed in the recipe for incense to be used in the heart of the temple. We don't know the exact species referred to, but we know it was a gum that likely came from a plant in the Ferula family. (10) The Bible lists galbanum as:
Today, Ferula gummosa is collected and sold as galbanum. It has exhibited antimicrobial effects and potential for use in oral health. (11)
7. Hyssop
The modern hyssop, Hyssopus officinalis, has been used for antifungal, antibacterial, larvicidal and inect biting deterrent activities. (12) However, according to the International Bible Encyclopedia, this hyssop is not native to the area of Palestine and is not likely to be the oil mentioned throughout the Bible for cleansing and rituals. (13) The Bible lists hyssop as:
While H. officinalis does seem to accomplish similar purposes, I personally find it more interesting that the strongest contenders for actual hyssop would be an even closer fit for such purposes: thymeand marjoram.
8. Myrrh
With well documented use throughout the ages, myrrh is easy to identify and enjoy. It by far, the most decorated oil in the Bible being listed as:
Unlike other products from trees, it isn't the wood that is used but the resin that comes from it. Once exposed to air, it hardens and can be powdered, used as-is, or now, distilled for a healing oil. Interestingly, myrrh and frankincense essential healing oils have a synergistic effect when combined, each improving the others' antimicrobial benefits. (14)
9. Myrtle
Myrtle isn't mentioned frequently, but its presence indicates growth and abundance. It likely refers to the Myrtus communis plant, which is grown around Jerusalem to this day. (15) The Bible lists myrtle as:
Myrtle is a low growing plant with flowers that produce an intense, lovely aroma. This is said to be the meaning of Esther's Hebrew name – and she would have likely enjoyed her namesake as a perfume in the king's palace! Today, the essential healing oil specifically has undergone a fair amount of research, revealing itself as antimicrobial and an antioxidant, among other benefits. (16)
10. Onycha
Perhaps the most obscure on the list, onycha was mentioned in the holy anointing oil “recipe” and nowhere else. While some sources claim onycha is the resin of the Styrax benzoin tree, there is little to substantiate the claim. The more commonly accepted view is that it refers to the shell of a mussel, which would have been scraped or powdered and burned. (17) Still others attribute it to balsam or laudanum, a fragrant flowering plant. (18) The Bible lists onycha as:
Both Styrax benzoin and Cistus labdanum are developed into essential healing oils now and can be added to blends and diffused. Neither have been researched thoroughly, though labdanum seems to have good antioxidant capabilities. (19)
11. Rose of Sharon
A rose may not simply be a rose in this case, as the Rose of Sharon is another disputed for its identity. Usually referred to in a metaphorical sense, it could actually refer to any flower that grows well in unfavorable circumstances. (20) It has been said that the “Rose of Sharon” first appeared in the 1611 King James Version of the Bible. The Bible lists Rose of Sharon as:
Contenders include a crocus, tulip, or lily, while there are some who contend that it is the Rock Rose, Cistus ladanifer, which is very closely related to labdanum. Without a clear connection and no Biblical “recipe” to indicate ancient use, we are left to imagine the potential of this beautiful, fragrant life in the midst of harsh, thorny crags.
12. Spikenard
First introduced in the Old Testament, spikenard is probably most well known as one of the expensive perfumes that the woman anointed Jesus with in Bethany. Spikenard – Nardostachys jatamansi – was highly prized as a perfume and very precious. It's still used in some beauty treatments to this day. (21) The Bible lists spikenard as:
Although there isn't much available yet on the benefits of spikenard (beyond perfumery) as an essential healing oil, an isolated compound has shown promising effects as an anti-inflammatory. (22)
Anointing of Healing Oils of the Bible for Modern Times
Anointing oil—also called blessing or consecrating oil—is an act that changes regular olive oil into a spiritual symbol and tool. The ancient practice of anointing with oil goes back to the Old Testament. The oil was poured over the heads of prophets, priests and kings. It also was used for anointing objects, such as the sacred and vessels found in the Tabernacle and Temple.
Why Do We Anoint with Oil?
The main reason we anoint with oil is to consecrate a person, place or thing to God. Anointing with oil also is part of the church’s ministry to the sick.
Whatever the reason for anointing with oil, it is important to understand that it is God working through you and your belief in Him. You are exercising faith in a loving and all-powerful God.
Laying Hands on the Sick
Throughout the scriptures one can find the practice of anointing with oil, specifically mentioned in the New Testament mentions it specifically when praying for the sick. In Mark 6:13 Yeshua sent his Twelve on a mission. They were to "anointed many sick people with oil and healed them". Anointing oils have also been used in a congregational situation. The usual procedure is for a sick congregant to summon the church elders to pray over him and anoint him with oil (James 5:14-16).
As exemplified in Luke 10:34, anointing oil was commonly used as a healing agent, “And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.” When the early Believers used the oil to anoint, it was as a reminder of God’s healing power. Today, like then, the healing takes place by the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 10:38), for whom oil is a powerful symbol (Zechariah 4:4-6).
Medicinal and Prayer for the Sick
Oil was applied to the sick as well as wounds. High quality anointing oil, ointments and perfumes made with pure ingredients had soothing and healing qualities thanks to the properties of the pure plant spirits used in them.
Applications Today
It is often asked my modern Believers if anointing people who are sick with oil as mentioned in James 5 still apply today. For most of the Believing work, the answer is yes. The oil symbolizes the Holy Spirit. We can never neglect to use the means God provides for us to care for ourselves, and to have the elders pray over you say before an operation is perfectly appropriate.
The core of the ritual is the prayer and the actual anointing goes with it. In giving the blessing, the sick person is traditionally anointed on the forehead and hands. A blessing such as: "Through this holy anointing may the Lord in his love and mercy help you with the grace of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord who frees you from sin save you and raise you up" is given to give the individual peace that The Lord is with him.
Myrrh and frankincense are two of the most frequently used anointing oils in the Bible. Both are known for their healing power.
Myrrh Oil Benefits
Here are some of the many healing benefits of myrrh fragrance oils
· Potent antioxidant. According to a 2010 study in the Journal of Food and Chemical Toxicology, because of its high antioxidant capacity, myrrh can protect against liver damage. While this study was conducted on rabbits, there are potential uses in humans, too.
· Anti-cancer. Research found that myrrh oil can lower the production or reproduction of cancer cells in humans. It also found that it repressed growth in eight different types of cancer cells, specifically those that are gynecological. Although more research is needed, the initial results are promising.
· Anti-parasitic. Now there is a medication using myrrh to treat fascioliasis infections, a parasite that has been infecting people around the world. The parasite is usually transmitted by ingesting aquatic algae and other plants. The medicine reduces the symptoms of the infection and the parasite egg count found in the f***s.
· Digestive problems. Myrrh fragrance oil helps relieve digestive issues, like an upset stomach, diarrhea and indigestion.
· Helps treat hypothyroidism or a low functioning thyroid. Because it aids in reducing stress, it can decrease the stress on an overworked thyroid. Two or three drops on the thyroid area every day will diminish the symptoms.
· Ulcers and wounds. Myrrh can increase the function of white blood cells, which are critical for healing wounds. It also can help reduce the occurrence of ulcers and improve their healing time.
· Emotional. In addition to its physical benefits, myrrh also yields emotional, mental and spiritual benefits. It affects our sense of maternal connection and healthy attachment, especially when it involves relating to trust, abandonment and traumatic issues.
Frankincense Oil Benefits
Some of the healing benefits of frankincense fragrance oils include:
· Reduces negative emotions. When inhaled, frankincense has been shown to lower a person’s heart rate and blood pressure. It possesses anti-anxiety and depression reducing abilities with no negative side effects or drowsiness.
· Boosts immune system and prevents illness. Studies have shown that frankincense’s immune enhancing abilities can aid in destroying dangerous bacteria, viruses, even cancer. It also can keep germs from forming on your skin, mouth and in your home and prevent gingivitis, bad breath, cavities, toothaches, mouth sores and other infections from occurring.
· Kills harmful germs and bacteria. As an antiseptic and disinfectant, frankincense fragrance oil can eliminate cold and flu germs from your home and body.
· Eases digestion.Frankincense helps your digestive system properly detox, produce bowel movements, reduce stomach pain and cramping, relieve nausea, rid your abdomen of extra water that can cause bloating and relieve PMS-related symptoms.
· Acts as a sleep aid. This essential oil lowers anxiety and chronic stress that can keep you up at night. It’s calming, grounding aroma will help you fall asleep. It opens your breathing passages, allows your body to reach an ideal sleeping temperature and eliminates pain that can keep you awake.
We pray that each item will be a blessing to all who buy, give and receive.
