New Generation Church Somerset West Come and join us: Sundays 9:30am The Refinery, 13 Derrick Drive, Somerset West Business Park We also offer programmes for children and youth.

New Generation Church is a joyful, colourful and multi generational community of believers who love our Father, are passionate about Jesus and who want to do all we can to respond quickly to the Holy Spirit. We are a people with a heart to live out God’s purposes in the community around us and to the ends of the earth. We are one Church with multiple expressions, one leadership at multiple venues.

At any of our meetings, you can expect a time of singing songs of worship to God and Bible-based preaching. We are big on family and community and love to catch up over coffee after the meeting. Join us in the adventure of a life lived within God’s purposes.

2 weeks ago we had the joy of having Liberty with us and to hear the powerful testimony of a brother who has lived in a nation where following Jesus comes at great cost. His story reminded us never to take for granted the freedom we have to meet, worship, pray, and share our faith.

From heartfelt worship to prophetic encouragement, prayer, and moments of speaking in tongues, it was a beautiful expression of God’s Spirit at work among His people. We’re so thankful for what God is doing in and through His Church.

What a privilege it is to gather together in His name.

“Let us not wait till we hit rock bottom. Let us not wait until we get to the end of ourselves before we humble ourselves before God.” - Stef Cramer

Jonah’s story reminds us that rock bottom doesn’t have to be the place where surrender begins. Stef landed the message with a clear challenge: don’t wait for crisis or desperation to turn back to God.

The same God who met Jonah in the depths is still the God of second chances.

This Together Sunday, Stef Cramer kicked off our Jonah series by reading from Jonah 1, reminding us that this call was never only for Jonah, but for each of us.

God’s heart remains the same. He is always at work, drawing people back to Himself, and in His grace He chooses to use us in that work.

The gospel we have received is not something to be held onto in private, but something to be shared with those around us.

Perhaps Nineveh is not far away, but closer than we think. In our homes, our friendships, and our everyday lives.

A gentle but firm prompting to not only hear the Word, but to walk in it.
